so u watched lovely runner too.. recently I watched lovely runner and now i am searching for this kind of drama…
Nope, Reply1988 is about family and friendships in two different generations. This is more about individual humans and how, over a period of time, things changed for a colony of people who live together in 1988; the warmth that drips from each and every scene is just too precious. Start with nothing in mind, keep up for 3 to 4 episodes, the 5th one will call you in itself. And of course there is a sprinkle of mystery romance, which will keep you on seat till 20, hehehe. Plus, the comedy is on point if you loved Lovely Runner, you will def like this one.
Some people just have different haircuts, and it's okay. She pulled it off really well, and the chaotic, indifferent to worldly thing kind of personality Eui Ju has, I think the hair fits even better. And not every main lead has to be stereotypical long/short, beautiful haircut, take a hint. (Hair comments were rage baiting me for a while now) Yeo Ju's character is literally in the time of life where wild decisions are made, sneaking out of home, reading wild books, hair being cut down with scissors to make bangs on your own, some students even cut down hair to focus on studies (that's clearly not the case here hahaha)
Bruh, the fight scene💀 I wanted to throw hands too when the other writer appeared AGAIN then Sun Rok did that🤣 and I love his cells, I can't relate more that this to being activated with rage for someone🫡 also the scene where she head on confronts them at the theatre, gg🙌 satisfaction 100 on 100!! What's with the prologue😑
If Xia Xiao Lan didnt have the same dream as Xia Xiao Lan, I noticed that she could have been the guy she was…
Omg same thought, they don't clarify what is going on in the end, and I second your opinion about the ending but they had me invested from the start to the end so it's not affecting me much lol and the couple screentime throughout the drama was too golden for me to ponder over what happened at last😠I think this would be what people call an ideal relationship IDEAL in Bold.
There is a spark of warmth and homely feeling in this drama, it resonated in a way as if all the characters are part of your life, memorable alive and so real.
