From what I read in an article, the webtoon and the drama have different plots. In the webtoon, a red line is visible to everyone, causing chaos in the society. Each episode focuses on a different character and how they solve the problems caused by the red line. The drama itself uses the same red line concept, but with a different approach and story, with only the main character and a few people wearing glasses being able to see it. I haven't read the entire webtoon because it's only available in Korean.

On canneseries trailer, there is a scene where she wearing patient clothes and her uncle asks her about the glasses. So I think she still alive and will appear on the next few episodes eventhough with less screntime
