Wang Xing Yue is the ML *** of cent fr, I've watched three of his dramas now and he has absolute chemistry with…
"Jiang Li playing fangirl to his red-attired alpha self." This is hilarious, she is teasing him playfully, they seem to have become good friends and trust each other. The relationship is moving forward gradually.
If you had gone through what she went through, you would be traumatised to the point that you will not be able…
Beautifully written! Some people misunderstand this drama and think it’s a fluffy romance. They see romance in every interaction between the main leads. But she has been through hell and nearly lost her life because of her past love. She can’t just develop feelings for a new man she met recently and be jealous for petty reason. Their relationship is not that good either, he is always meddling in her business and acting like a deal-maker. The frequent mention of the words “favor or debt” highlights this point. He saves her but she thinks of this as a debt or favor that she owe but their relationship is improving and they are becoming good friends now
It's really interesting. Although, I sometimes struggle with how matured the FL looks. It doesn't help that the…
She has a mature appearance but not an aged one, unlike many Chinese dramas where the female lead looks like a child for the lolicon fans. But in this drama, they are a perfect match
Is anyone else currently reading or has read the novel? What do you think of it compared to the show?
The novel gives more insight into their thoughts and feelings, but the drama had to change some things due to censorship. You would have a better understanding of the drama and avoid making unwarranted assumptions if you read the novel first
Jealous where? Yall are so deluded, it's so astonishing. Let's play hide and seek, I hide and you seek help
You are being inconsistent. Duke su was very kind to her and gained her trust and respect. She reacted badly when she saw him at the brothel, thinking he was following her, but she later found out that he was not. She was shocked and disappointed to see him with another woman in such a place, which was not like him at all. She felt so let down that she did not want to talk about him or mention him. She misjudged Duke su, so he felt the need to clear things up with her, because he valued her trust and respect. The scenes at the archery practice and the palace were the ones that made her trust and respect him, not fall in love with him (the novel explains her feelings and thoughts very well and she does not have any romantic feelings for him at that point). You clearly have no experience in real relationships and only know about romance from dramas. The romance in dramas is not realistic. That is why you mistake her surprise and disappointment for jealousy, because you are blinded by your fantasies. If you read the novel, you will see how wrong you are.
She's not jealous, she's just shocked seeing a man like Duke su in a brothel especially when he portrayed himself…
I love when the whole focus is revenge and not just romance too. I’ve noticed that romance fans are so blinded by their imagination that they reject any realistic perspective and block anyone who questions their opinion. They are afraid of anyone who might burst their bubble of illusion. I wish I never joined MDL, the level of delusion here is unbelievable.

Joey, I am not using the word deluded lightly. It accurately describes your state of mind. You and your group are living in a fantasy world and ignoring anyone who tries to show you the truth. You are afraid of confronting reality, so you block me and others who disagree with you. That is a very cowardly thing to do
