Suspend expectations & disbeliefs! Like, all of them.

Forget this drama exists. Or, if you watch this, put all of your expectations in the trash can. I recommend considering it a comedy of errors. Also, I should note that this review is to help me reconcile the trauma from watching 'When the Stars Gossip'.

This drama is absolutely reckless with their script and they lost the plot whiplash-fast. Each weekend, I didn't expect anything other than laughs at the ridiculous acting, writing, and absurd filming. I couldn't comprehend why someone felt this was worth spending money on. It was predictable and the ending wasn't worth the cost of production. The OST was good, so at least they got that right.

The space station set was the most interesting part for me. It had the Uncanny Valley feel. I was also surprised at how long they spent in those scenes. Just don't watch too closely if you've seen any space walks or video from the ISS.

As for the acting? Let's just say I'm not a fan of Lee Min Ho. His acting feels stale and I think he lacks chemistry with his counterparts. I hoped that Gong Hyo Jin & co. would help balance the chemistry and bring some life. I think she did her best here, but it wasn't enough in romance-focused scenes. The script did seem to salvage this somewhat. The characters were constantly thrown into absurd situations where they had to rely on each other to survive the impossible. In cliche fashion, the ML would become uncharacteristically brave and rescue the FL. The remaining 90% of the time he was basically incompetent and required the FL to support him. If it weren't for this give-and-take, there would have been zero chemistry.
