The Village: Achiara's Secret, a drama that explores the depths of a peaceful place
The Village: Achiara's Secret is one of my best dramas that I have seen! Overall, this drama is excellent and gives me the most emotion throughout the drama. The themes are serious and make us think about these subjects like all the facets of the human being, including denial, greed, jealousy, lies and abuse of power.
The cliffhanger between each episode is unbearable since each character is suspected, which is quite destabilizing. The psychological side is very well developed and it makes you think. This is also why I have the syndrome of the English teacher or the officer who tries to find the suspect in each episode. The events then follow one another quite quickly. Concerning the characters, I love Professor So Yun, played by Moon Geun-Young. Although I knew her before the drama, she is MAGNIFICENT and she is one of my favorites as an actress and in the drama. As for the officer, Wu Jae, played by Sung Jae, acts as the “clown on duty”. Special mention for Yoon Ji Sook, played by Sin Eun Gyeong, who is excellent! In terms of the OST, they play a key role in the atmosphere of this kind of drama. Everything you need to definitely love it! In short, it’s pure happiness but unfortunately, I find it too little known.
