If I'll take this series for what it is, I think I get it now why it looks immature.
Perhaps, that's the point of it. They are discovering how will they love each other. Note that Tine is Sarawat's first, then Tine is yet to discover how to act on his feelings bc he feels that this is somehow different from his past relationships.
For a better perspective, did you know what to do when you first felt that you like someone romantically (especially first loves)? Or when that special someone likes you back? Maybe some of you are emotionally matured enough to confront this easily, maybe some are not especially when you're younger.
Or maybe, I was being unrealistic here. Maybe a 1 year long should make them comfortable now. But at the very least, I get the gist of it even the first season implies this to me. I'm very sure that maturity takes time don't you think?
I think what I love about the show is its very fresh take (to me, at least). Perhaps, you don't appreciate it. Why get lovey-dovey (or any kind of affection you name) when at the first place if it still does not make you comfortable? I like to watch things grow.
(PS: I copy-pasted my comment from youtube and added points because I'm itching to right this after 6 months of realizing why heart still clings to this. I personally don't know how to be in a relationship. If this point of view won't change yours, then thats your call.)
Edit: I'm glad that my comment paved the way of having a healthy discussion on how realistic and unrealistic this series could go. Thank you so much!
