Cna anyone suggest me best BL series, this is my 1st time watching these.
Listed by country. For the non-Thai series, please keep in mind that each country approaches their BLs with their particular cultural perspectives, so be prepared for a noticeable shift from the Thai esthetic.
Those that have stars are simply not to be missed. The others are very good or good. There are many others, of course, but I chose the ones that proved to be worth it for me to watch, in their entirety, with no urge to fast forward or skip scenes. The two with these symbols (⚠️❗) should be approached with caution-- they're excellent, but also pack emotional wallops.
Enjoy your BL journey!

After trying valiantly to finish this series-- leaving it behind and returning to try again and again-- I finally tapped out midway through episode 10. Life's far too short and precious to waste on something with such terrible acting and mediocre, bordering on nauseatingly atrocious, script. I happily shifted it to the "Incomplete -- not worth it" pile and that's where it will remain.
Poor script, poor acting, repetitive and unnecessary scenes
Yes. All that! The script was atrocious, the acting, somehow, got worse as the series progressed, and certain scenes were clearly unnecessary and only there to add time to the series.
So, saw the Official Pilot for this series, but considering how many Thai series don't measure up to their brilliant pilots, I'm not going to get my hopes up too high. I do really like that Pond's chemistry with Peterpan is far more believable than his chemistry with Earth in Fourever You.
I have mixed feelings about this drama.I loved to watch because it is a BL inside a wuxia chinese drama (Cheers…
I agree. How Zongzheng Huai En expressed his possessiveness towards Jin Xiao Bao was out of order, but it's understandable considering Zongzheng Huai En's overall mental state.
This series reminded me, a bit, of Story of Kunning Palace [Chinese]. Xie Wei possessiveness towards Jiang Xue Ning was almost as bad as Zongzheng Huai En's.
I would like to know something. this is love syndrome III. Are there 1 and 2? just asking, sorry. 😢
There is Love Syndrome: The Beginning, which is a movie (2024). Itt and Day are portrayed by different actors. Actually, in my opinion, these actors did a much better job, overall. The move is even more toxic than the series and, honestly, I didn't think that was possible, but between the two, I prefer the movie.
Muy mal! And that's just referring to the atrocious wig that Frank (Itt) had on throughout the series. Why was it so awful!? 😟 I kept wanting someone to snatch it off his head. Regarding the overall series? No thank you. It wasn't good. Their dynamic was unhealthy before one of the characters lost his memory and dropped into the gutter afterward.
This version has all the best characters of all the versions.
I agree it has the best characters (acting), but my lord was it overly long. I watched the entire series, due to the acting, but there were moments I had to watch on 2x speed until 1 or more of the main characters appeared again.
I wanted someone to drag her out by her hair 😅 but her interference did lead to Thame claiming his man's space-- he went from taking it slowly to having Po get rid of his ex's clothing and moving his own things in, changing the mug and finally led to a healthy resolution, for Po, regarding those sandwiches. Without her interference and stoking Thame's jealousy (he gets jealous very easily), Thame would likely have been tamer. Po needed those firm but gentle kicks to his butt to fully let go of his parasitic ex.
I smiled the entirety of this episode and found myself blushing and kicking my feet like an overly excited and shy schoolgirl. which I haven't been in years. What a wonderful episode! A well-deserved round of applause to everyone involved. 👏🏽👏🏽
I honestly Don't know any couple that can beat WilliamEst in a visual competition. their visuals are insane,I've…
Their appearances, separately and together, are gifts for the eyes, but what I really appreciate about this duo is that they are both excellent actors. As a pairing, they are incredibly strong.
There are some duos that are as beautiful to look at, in their own unique ways, but either one or both lack the acting chops to keep me invested beyond the superficial appeasement phase. For example, I stopped watching THE HEART KILLERS because I couldn't get beyond Dunk's passable acting performance. He's OK, but when judged against Joong's, there's a clear difference. I always felt that Joong was the much better actor, but this was the first time I really saw that he was miles ahead of Dunk in the acting department and the discrepancy deflated my interest to such an extent that I stopped watching the series midway through episode 5.
Spoiler warning would have been appreciated. I stopped reading your comment, as soon as I realized you were broadcasting…
@romulo -- As @Itoldsunsetaboutmystar shared, the original commenter provided details of the story in the book this series is based upon. If the show follows the book's developments, then that person revealed things in their comment that wouldn't have been known to audience members who haven't read the book. I haven't read the book; therefore, I'm now anticipating developments that I wouldn't have before reading that comment. In a way, I'm now less excited about the series than I had been before reading that comment. I'm holding out hope, though, that the screenwriter changed certain details.
Currently reading the book .. I am broken and ugly crying a river right now 😭
You likely didn't mean to do this, but you've provided a contextual spoiler within your comment. Now, those who haven't read the book and aren't interested in knowing details beforehand now know that something terrible is going to happen. Please think of turning on the SPOILER notice on your comment.
people are saying if they follow book there will be no kiss in the movie watching scene…also Po will breakup…
Spoiler warning would have been appreciated. I stopped reading your comment, as soon as I realized you were broadcasting story details I have no interest in knowing. You're responsible to place a spoiler warning on your comment to ensure those of us who aren't in the know don't receive carelessly delivered spoilers. If others spoiled for you, I'm sorry, but please think of the rest of us.
