she addressed many issues/topics in the live today i’ll try to compile as much as i can

1. drama filming team

• lusi will be entering a filming team soon in august/September if everything goes well with the script, she wants to be responsible for the quality of her drama so she is carefully reviewing projects

• she doesn’t want the same situation (almost lover) to happen again

• she will not stop acting or avoid taking up new projects , she will def enter a filming team

2. endorsements involving her friends (wang yajia etc.)

• the brand thought of collaborating with yess ent artists since they’re alr working with lusi, she felt that it was a good opportunity and suggested to do so

• lusi is apologetic as she thought of it too simply, she felt that she didn’t think it through thoroughly and did not consider her fans’ feelings enough

• she acknowledged this was not a good move, moving forward her friends will not be involved in her endorsements (except for those whose contracts has been signed alr as there will be a penalty fee, she will try her best to resolve it)

• there was no intentional bundling or package deal involved, they will consider fans’ opinions in the future and avoid these kind of perceived bundling

• she never wanted her fans to support someone simply because they’re her friends, fans should prioritise their own feelings and only spend within their financial ability

3. zhao lusi studio

• the studio is constantly changing and hiring new staff (many new & younger staff have joined recently)

• she acknowledges that the studio also has issues - sometimes they choose not to release content when the fans are unhappy because they are afraid they’ll get backlash or make the situation worse
(lusi also feels ??? by this too bcs how can u not post just bcs u are scared of blacklash LOL, she will speak with them)

• the studio handles issues one by one, if one aspect is not done well, they need to resolve that matter before moving to the next

• they’ve actually filmed lots of content and materials but it’s still in the inventory bcs of point 2 😭😭

• they’ve filmed an asmr video in korea but not released yet~

4. yess ent artists joining her drama productions

• if her friends are casted in her dramas in the future, it means they auditioned on their own and successfully got the role because the production team thinks they’re suitable, of course lusi will definitely not interfere to prevent them from joining

• i can’t possibly tell them “my fans are unhappy, do not join this production” if i did that, what kind of person would i become?

5.yess entertainment

• some of them including wang yajia, left KU together with lusi and still has outstanding debts/compensation fees to be paid, contract terminations are not that simple

• yajia and other yess ent artists also generates income for them, and being under their current company (i assume albb) also comes with performance KPIs, lusi can’t possibly be the only one working

• lusi can only explain things to a certain extent as she can’t show everyone their contracts as proof

• if it wasn’t because of liwei and alibaba, she would still be in a lawsuit with KU and not have any projects and endorsement to take up

6. her personal style and daily outfits

• the clothes she wears from her friends’ stores are entirely her own choice, she wants to wear them and chooses to wear them voluntarily, she is not being pressured or forced to

• the clothes from her friends are also because she tells them what she likes to wear, what style and material she likes, and they specifically make designs for her to wear

• if she wears luxury brands, ppl might deliberately speculate that she has a partnership with those luxury brands, and if there are no endorsements after being rumoured she’ll get scolded again

• it’s impossible for every outfit to satisfy every fan, she hopes everyone can be understanding

• it’s not because she purposely wants to provoke or ragebait her fans by wearing these outfits 😭😭

7. rumoured luxury brand endorsement (valentino)

• “everyone, you already said it is an online rumour, it is a rumour 😭”

• she feels she has no basis and in no position to even explain or clarify the rumours (because there’s nothing i guess LOL) otherwise it could affect the brand unfairly

• other endorsements are all carefully selected too

8. variety show

• she also wants to film variety shows but with her personality, she is afraid to film as she is worried of malicious editing and getting criticised

• and fans will then feel upset again saying “zhao lusi, see we told you to join drama productions but instead you went to do variety shows”

9. zhao lusi studio not addressing fans’ concerns

• studio is not intentionally giving fans the silent treatment, sometimes they simply don’t know what to post or how to explain things 😵‍💫😵‍💫

• lusi says they explain things to her quite well, but she also feel anxious because she can’t do much immediately

• she will hold a meeting with them as soon as she can

ugh these incompetent staff of hers

10. rosydoedian

• rdd is not doing scarcity marketing, the reason why some products are unavailable it’s because there are some issues with certain factories and have stopped production, these issues led to insufficient production capacity and are not able to meet everyone’s demands

• she hopes everyone can be more understanding and it’s a new brand, give them the time to grow and develop

honestly i agree it hasn’t even been a year since rdd was launched, to have such achievements in merely < a year is already so so capable they’ll definitely improve in time to come~

Is everyone dead at Lishan Academy? The opening of episode 1 and the other episodes are very contradictory. Yeli always makes it seem like Lishan is still fine, but it doesn't seem like that to me, it feels so mysterious. I am dying to know the truth.

Prince Li still seems very fond of Yeli, but why did he break off their engagement? There must be a reason. Grrrrrrrrrr I can't wait for the truth to be revealed. Grrrrr😩😩😩😩

At first I thought ML was a stubborn, closed-minded and arrogant person due to his incident from 8 yrs ago, but after watching ep.4 of ML's POV, it turns out that he is actually a kind and caring person, he has been secretly paying attention to all of Yeli's traits, They are a truly perfect couple, because they both have other secret identities and purposes 😆😆

Update: ZhaoLusi is in korea right now, people saw her do some shopping in korea

Nope… still a melon, a strong rumor said she will join a modern drama crew after the concert

I just finished the first 3 episodes…. I like it so far… the plot is engaging…. I don’t get why people keep complaining about the cinematography? Although It isn’t a top tier cinematography but it’s not that bad, just a decent/standard cinematography… and i love it’s a fast paced drama… it makes it more suspenseful

Well this is better than short drama, it’s more detailed than short drama

so she slowly stopped talking too much because she hates sounding like she’s teaching others how to live.

Zhao Lusi: To be honest, my life has had so much drama come crashing in. Straight up, even the friends around me say that every phase of my life, including all the everyday stuff I run into, really has a ton of stories blowing through it.

But even so, I've found that I've gotten even more encouragement and support than before. Plus, it makes the people who love me—meaning the ones who truly love me—love me even more. As for the people who hate me, they'll just feel even more suffocated. Just imagine how amazing that is!

So because of that, I feel like everything from here on out is definitely heading in a better direction. I feel like between me and the fans, we have this unspoken connection, like our hearts are in sync without even planning it. It's this feeling where we keep supporting and holding each other up, walking side by side all the way to old age, haha 5555555. And we'll keep moving forward together.
