My holy grail this past couple of episodes has been sunjae's face on my screen :')

I've gotten to a point where I'm liking the theories much more than the ongoing writing :'(

It always backfires. She knows SJ super well, she knows the more she pushes him forcefully away the more he's going to seek her. He did it for 3 lifetimes now and died four times already! If she was just going to go through the pain, she might as well have started to work with him while she felt the pain inside of being so near to him yet so far,maybe he wouldn't have chased her around so much from feelinh so flabbergasted xD (anyway he would fall in love with her one way or another though lol their unchangeable fate is to fall in love)

You are right ofc I don't mind the hardships, there will be no drama without them... its just lazy writing, I'm sure they could have done so much better. Especially if you look at fan theories and the things people come up with, angsty, melodramatic but still logical and not draggy. That's my main issue here. And the fact that sunjae has remained consistently a sweetheart, but Im Sol is dumbing down a bit. I understand her sacrifice but she goes a bit too far with everything she does and ends up ruining all her own hard work.

Yeah here's a plot hole with TS. if she just went back to not see SJ then move and then go to the future,
1. How is TS friends/close with Sol, how did he quit smoking, how is he a cop now unlike the other timeline where he hadn't met Sol, etc (or maybe he always was who knows)
2. How the heck does the bro have the lottery number. She had told that to him on the third try, not the fourth that led up to the current future. (perhaps she told him again who knows)
3. If Sunjae never saw her and that timeline has never happened, literally his songs, their photos, nothing of them physically exists, but how does SJ get memory flashbacks if he's never time traveled (or maybe he did, who knows xDDD)
4. Why the freak. Is Mr. Psychopasi still lurking around them, he never met them before!!!

These are some of logical plot holes of the writing and its getting more and more as they are smacking us with lazy plot twist after plot twist just for shock value... they're milking it at this point... sigh

Sunjae today, tomorrow and yesterday. Period.

I swear my laptop screen will crack from my sneer whenever that shibal sekki is on screen.
Also, I understand Sol herself doesn't know what to do and its trial and error... but its sunjae's LIFE? like she doesn't know if she has any more chances, and if she tried 2 times to stay away from him and it didn't work, then... Especially cuz the third time around she literally had him KILLED in the past with her choice to stay away, whereas the other times he died 15 years in the future, meaning she definitely had time to think things through, with SJ and police and everything. It's just I haven't seen her actually put her knowladge of the future to actual use. (the only times she did it was either changed because she was like oop I have to stay away from sunjae, or she ends up repeating the same mistake: rendering it useless)

I for a fact am 99% sure they needed some sort of antagonist and more screentime for the full 16 eps and they pulled the old lazy writers "omnipotent omniscient SERIAL KILLER mwuhaahhaha"

Also same with Wook seok... sunjaes character is so freaking lovable I can't stop thinking of him. The fact is that his real personality feels quite similar too!

omg for real! I was pulling my hair out every episode begging they stop with their stupidity and just go with it. But nooo! They have to deny themselves happiness because "they will remain safe"... When they never actually do!

why is the writing going in this stupid direction I- I'm tired of Sunjae not being able to stay truly happy. I'm slowly really starting to hate Im Sol I swear, she's annoying me more and more every freaking episode. And I don't want that!!! UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Now I have to wait a whole nother week just to see Sunjae die again for her, are you for real??!!!???

I swear if this drama has a sad ending I will start throwing hands because no freaking way they're doing this to the whole army of fandom they made for Sunshine Sunjae!!! GIVE HIM HAPPINESSSSSSS!!!!

If only they showed what he ends up doing, his life after he returns, how he stops the crazy psycho man this time, and stops the deaths of all the others by his hands It would have been perfect... Solid 8 though, great acting from all of the cast. Favorite character was the detective after he wet inside his body xD We love a good kickass cop

Yes exactly! I'm thinking maybe he was aware when Sol decided not to show up with her umbrella. But this would mean the writers actually sat and thought good and hard for it and not just smacked us with oh yeah, Worse-than-amnesia trope.

For real! Like if my eyes weren't stuck in my head, they would have rolled onto the floor from rolling them so much every time I see him. And I literally just noticed when you said, HE LITERALLY HAS NO LINES!!!
imo I think they could have had a more well fleshed out antagonist (even if his goal was just an obsession to kill Sol). Not just "Serial killer, kill, out of prison, ran away, knows everything and is always present in crucial points, oh here he is again, kill again, and repeat"

Yeah its a very lazy and bad move from the writers which annoys the hell out of me... but hey on the bright side, we get to see him fall in love and be all goofy all over again!!!! xD
