This is one of those dramas where I think the leads should not end up together. They weren’t great but were developing for most of the drama but then when he didn’t tell her and then didn’t explain or apologize it became clear that there was no future for them.

I need this business arc to be done, we all know someone is double crossing and it’s just annoying how dumb the family is.

It’s also good that they’re overcoming the obstacles while they are not bound by emotion but by more practical reasons. The drama they face would destroy a new emotional relationship.

What is wrong with her? She was doing so well getting her dignity back and she threw it all away again. Everyone out there who breaks up like this? Get over yourself, it’s not the end of the world. Seriously, grow up.

You can help but you don’t go out of your way to humiliate someone in their workplace by forcing them to be spoon fed (as an example). she allowed him no dignity in a place where his authority and how he’s respected impacts an entire organization. And she did it over and over and over again, using his love for his family to do so. He actually threw up after something she forced on him, in what world is that acceptable?

Wow, the FL is one of the most over the top obnoxious leads I have ever seen and I’ve seen a lot. I kept hoping she’d mellow out but at episode 10 she’s worse than ever and I have to throw in the towel. I thought it was going to be fluff and fun and instead I’m horrified by her behavior.

They get together and then break up because he’s stupid and messes up with the other girl and then they get back together after he realizes what and idiot he is. I’m hoping for gut wrenching betrayal!

Ohhh, the first third was just the setup! I think there’s going to be so much angst and I am so ready for it!!, I hope it goes exactly like I think it will….

I enjoyed it thoroughly! Tropes are tropes for a reason and sometimes they’re a lot of fun.

Definition of bullying from the American Psychological Association (because that’s where I’m from): Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior in which someone intentionally and repeatedly causes another person injury or discomfort. Oxford dictionary definition: the use of strength or power to frighten or hurt weaker people. Just because it wasn’t as bad as bullying can get doesn’t mean it wasn’t bullying.

X bullied him in every situation. Messed up his clothes, mocked his “size”, wrecked the audition, got himself invited in when it was clear Q didn’t want him there and the said he was a loser and the only way to fix it was to chase a girl he had rejected. Fortunately this is fiction but in real life, Q would need to run as fast as he could in the opposite direction.

I usually don’t like period dramas andI am not a fan of Zhao Lu Si but omg this drama is amazing and has me totally sucked in and invested. I only started it because I was bored but now I don’t know how I’m going to make it to the next episodes!
