It never speeds up so…

For a dumb female lead she isn’t the worst I’ve seen, she isn’t rude and she actually knows how to behave, she’s just gullible and naive. The ML actually shows he likes her which is nice but he’s got this creepy way of guilt-tripping her that’s a total red flag in real life but hey, it’s just a show and fairly entertaining at that, if you’re good with the fluff. Unless it gets worse, I’m only on ep 10 so we’ll see.

Super cute high school drama

Weirdest thing I’ve ever seen but I didn’t hate it.

At first I thought the husband was just a dumb nice guy but not now. Now he’s a dumb ahole. Also, very little professional behavior going on between the two leads. Still can’t stop watching though!

Quick question, before I invest more time, does Old Wu get a girlfriend?

This ending was so awful. I stopped at the end of 7. No redeeming qualities whatsoever. I’ve never hate commented until today but here it is.

Overall this drama is pretty basic with leads who look too young and may or may not be rookies. Whatever….but can I just talk about the parents? I think I love them, they are so fun and are just a joy to watch.

Oh I hope so, just finished ep 2 and didn’t want to go down the path like that. Was hoping he had a crush on the sister but that didn’t feel like it was going to happen, that would have stopped things.

Is the vice general manager going to stab his friend in the back? I’m not sure I’m up for one of those kinds of dramas.

Sigh, blaming someone is actually pretty realistic, just not the right thing to do. And I’m judging this against lakorn standards, not reality. So chaining her at a place he thought she was raped was the one thing he did that I believe I mentioned was over the top. And that is extremely mild for the category it’s in.

The 2nd lead got raped. There was no non-consensual sex between the two main leads, which for me puts it above a bunch of other slap-kiss shows in regards to sexual violence. The ML had a pretty realistic reaction to being helpless in the face of what he thought were pretty traumatic events. And again there was little to no physical violence against the FL by him. The only time I thought he was over the top was chaining her to the bed. The rest was pretty mild to be completely honest.

Don’t really understand the hate this show gets in the comments. I found it to be a rather enjoyable piece of Lakorn fluff. And people who said the “bad parts” were worse than some of the more popular shows seem to be a bit skewed. I’ll port more in a spoiler comment.

I never post but Xiao Lei is so awful I just had to. Dump the one person who actually treated you well and had the same interests and chase a slimy cheater who did to your friend exactly what your trashy ex did to you. And her family is garbage too. I have never disliked a character in a drama so much and I’m not that invested in this drama at all. Grrr.
