I’m actually the opposite I’m used to closed sets with an occasional peep somewhere as opposed to the buffet GJM sets out every single day for four or five months.

The mirror demon was a lot like the Dracula episode of Buffy. He oozed into the room like smoke and water.

Fans are complaining that the set is more closed, but I’m happy that it is. Only GJM makes his sets open to the public like a damn museum.

ML’s past is definitely sad and we obviously know that they met us kids and he saved her life that’s so obvious. I wonder if during this whole series they will get a chance to fight the demon that killed his parents and family. That mirror demon was creepy. He reminded me another Buffy reference by the way of Dracula the way he oozed into the room with smoke or water.

I don’t know what strange tales of whichever dynasty is as I’m sure I heard of it, but I don’t remember. These things are pretty good. I do like it. I’m currently starting episode seven so we are in the middle I guess of mirror demon case. And I love how often I can get a buffy reference out of it.

It was a great show and became a cold classic so this show is following and that shows footsteps a lot with a lot of these cases of demons and ghosts and reptiles and what not.

This is definitely not your typical fantasy show. And I love the darkness of it. I love the fact that there are gray characters and it’s not all black and white.

I grew up watching Buffy so it’s really great that they actually apply lizard masks and make up on the actors. And I agree with you I would rather have it live action than CGI. It’s not cheap so I’m guessing this thing was pretty expensive with all of this happening when it was filmed.

I’m on 6. I’m wondering if the constable guy that keeps being arrogant and weird will figure out the demons exist and become helpful to the ML.

Buffy was a series in the mid 90s to early 2000s. Only if you watched it and were a fan of it, would you know this reference.

All of these cases are like Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes. Especially that demon eel thing I forgot the name of the episode, but they were still in high school at the time and special gas and water turned the swimmers into those giant reptile things.

I really like the creepy factor in the series. Maybe they should’ve released it last Halloween lol.

Finally started this thing and though in episode one the actress who plays the Demon here often plays Demons in other shows. She’s pretty good at it too. Wondering if anyone can tell me when the FL stops looking and acting like a scaredy-cat.
