I mean on DB it says 2026 but because our OCD Director has a tendency to film and do post production at the same time, there’s a very slim chance we may get it at the end of next year. Of course that also has to factor in review.

For you it’s understandable. But I do have to say episode three it did pick up so I do hope that the progress will continue, especially given the opening credits and just how much is supposed to happen with wars and armies and dragons and all sorts of things magic and Fantasy stuff so I really hope that these 40 episodes will have a progressive storyline and not drag anywhere.

It picked up on episode three with more seriousness, which I like. Let’s see what happens in episode four and onward seems like in episode five or six the FL shows up.

I just purchased express because episode three definitely picks up.

Agreed I just finished episode 3, it’s finally moving past the slapstick stuff.

Maybe that’ll be figured out by the end of the 40 episodes.

I’m glad I’m not alone in that. I’ve only seen one episode and have that same exact reaction. Let’s see what the other two hold before I decide to either continue or not.

I was actually wondering about that too. I saw that in his modern world when they got to the mystery location that the script or whatever said season one and now on episode two below that it said season one so I’m not really sure if they’re trying to tell us something or what?

I’ve only seen him ever in a modern last year that I did not like, but not because of his character. The storyline was just a hot mess. Yeah so am I re giving it a chance a few more episodes. If by whichever episode I’m not seeing progress then maybe I’ll put it on hold for a bit and wait for more episodes to come out. I don’t know. It’s just that it looks great from the opening credits like there’s all this cool stuff and fantasy and solving mysteries and getting justice and what not that I usually like it’s just the kookiness of it is what’s throwing me right now.

The opening credits and song of episode two definitely give the drama hope (and actually I liked more than all of episode one). I like comedy but it needs to land. There needs to be a balance between things; if all that you have is cheesy slapstick comedy and no meat and potatoes….eh. So yes I’ll give this thing a chance because I remember how earlier this year I dropped something and then felt compelled to return and was glad I did. That drama “White Cat Legend” was also very different and the first maybe 5 episodes were over the top nonsense but then things started to move and it got good. I’m hoping this with 40 episodes will be similar. 🙏🏻

Well, I will definitely give it a chance but episode one definitely did not grab me so I will go until three and then hopefully it’ll be good. I’m not going to get express episodes unless I know I’m going to watch the show.

I’ve seen only two Japanese anime when I was a kid; Sailor Moon and Inuyasha. I don’t remember either being this cheesy.

Ok I’ve watched one episode and I’m not sure what to think. It’s very over dramatic.

The only possibility is Q4 of next year. But that’s slim.

I would stick them both in a sauna overnight just so they could defrost.
