it was interesting how the evil stepmother and her equally unpleasant father thought they were the Ish and then in walks grandma like an MVP and lays out her entire credentials to shut the stepmother up. I have a feeling that the stepmother and some other folks will probably be the antagonists of this entire drama, but I do also have the feeling since our FL has pretty much lived in entire life. She will know how to handle this mess.
Same here, I begin this and already wondering will this drama again give us another OE or SE because that’s…
Well we’ve seen that a few times unfortunately whether good or profitable they have changed multiple happy endings to sad endings. I do hope this time is not the case.
That is one very bizarre translation I agree but we TV/Tencent has the SVIP option.
IQIY subs are the same except for Miss longevity, which is so cheesy but I agree that starting from episode five when she’s a teenager or adult it gets better.
Definitely a good way to start. Obviously she’s going to run into issues and what not but I do hope that she at least doesn’t lose her mother the way she did in the flashback. Plus, I really hope for an HE. Because we know writers have been taking civil liberties with those this year.
This drama is so good! I like the rebirth setting here, not suddenly transferred to a modern time, but something…
I like this way better than the whole transmigration thing with modern day or actors going into books or stuff like that. This is a much more interesting way of doing it.
So first life was done and over with in episode one? That’s good because I don’t want them to waste time on that. Hopefully they won’t have too many flashbacks to life number one either.
So many puzzle pieces that just keep getting tossed around and we don’t know why. So the assassin didn’t kill WBB, even though his gun was aimed straight at him (and he looked all shocked that it was WBB that had drawn on him). Does WBB have some sort of luck where he’s just not killed in all of these situations? Or is whomever mastermind making sure that he stays alive and safe? But then why steal his gun out of all possible police guns? Also, the fact that he wasn’t killed with his gun or with the pipe but just knocked out. So are they trying to keep him away from this even though that’s obviously impossible. Kind of makes me wonder if even his own sister is somehow involved and her little assistant who somehow possesses karate power and an ability to be in places out of nowhere.
So why didn't Sun Changhai shoot Wen Binbin? Did someone give him an order not to hurt Wen Binbin? If he couldn't…
I was just going to type the same question. He was hiding behind the rock. He had no problem shooting the other cop. He has no problem shooting anyone and yet when confronted with the ML his hand quickly comes off the trigger and he looks all shocked and he doesn’t shoot him he’s just standing there allowing himself to be shot. This is an assassin that’s not supposed to have any attachments. Something is very off there. Plus how he stared at WBB after he was being handcuffed. There’s definitely some sort of inner conspiracy. We don’t know about going on here. Whoever the mastermind is has inner workings with the circle. But again it begs the question of why was it WBB‘s gun that was stolen and not just someone else’s?
