Hi girlie! I think I’ll start watching this wk or next. A lot of ppl are obsessed with this drama it seems. Which is a good thing; I don’t follow any of the actors and at first it didn’t speak to me but then saw some clips on Twitter and was like hmmm 🤔 maybe I should give it a whirl lol.

Hmm, that could be the case. But given how popular the drama itself has become, international drama fans (not actor fans) should be all over it.

Show doesn’t necessarily follow the novel.

I’ve seen the clips; looks very much like an adult romance which is refreshing as opposed to all the kids and virgins all the time lol.

That was painful. I hope before the end; them two can have a resolution.

Oh I will, I’m just waiting for more episodes to drop so I can binge lol.

Haven’t started watching this drama yet (waiting for more episodes to drop before I do) but I’m surprised there aren’t more ppl chatting in here. Usually during a popular drama, fans comments on this site reach the tens of thousands. Just curious 🧐.

Thoughts on todays episodes:

Well that was a quick style change for WSX. The kid is definitely showing his smarts now; chancellor dude went for the wrong person to kill his other martial uncle. And I’m glad crooked neck dude shared Intel with him so he knew there were spies inside Sunset House. Keeping WR at arms length to protect her. And yay XY returned! Such an awesome character.

Loving BCF and his martial arts skills and drawing his friends before leaving town to protect the woman he loves. Dude jumped off a damn bridge after her then it was revealed he couldn’t swim. No way will I believe he was the perp behind the “incident”. Too many character differences. He’s a narcissist not a psychopath.

I love LC’s development! She took the bull by the horns and went to work. Yes it’s a tragic way to get her there but she’s not going to stand for being just a victim. As she said on the bridge just before she jumped “I will not let them dictate my life!” You go girl! Hopefully she can rise up and bring that YQ group down from the inside.

Next wk looks both sad and a touch not cool w/BCF back in Fu jail; when WSX leaves the brotherhood, seems they fall apart. I miss this show on days it doesn’t come. 14 episodes left.

She couldn’t help LC when they both were attacked in the alleyway, though she’s the one with a sword, it was LC who used her own hairpin to stab the masked monster. A hairpin was used more proficiently then a sword; it’s mind boggling. With SMZ as her martial brother; you’d think by now she’d pick some skills up….but nope. It’s a real waste of a character. You’re totally right, if they cut her out, no one would miss anything. She has yet to contribute in any way. After today, there will be like 14 episodes left, I highly doubt they’ll be able to evolve her to where she’s instrumental to the plot.

That’s where I saw her for the first time as well but I’ve seen her in two other dramas since not including this one.
