YAMG has a slow start, but it does get better and if you stick with it, it's worth it. If you value, your sanity....do not go near RFY. I gave it a 4.5 and wish I never watched it. Worst drama I've ever seen.
Great main leads in the chemistry department. She's very likable and he's not toxic.

Think you mean Vincent and yeah I agree. If ex hubby went through all the trouble to hide his bankruptcy and have her hate him instead while going along with the charade for her fans, means in his own low self esteem way, he'd never harm her like this.
Ok who else realized that by the current Youku schedule, the last 2 episodes are on a Tuesday and therefore we'll have to wait the four days for them? I hope they update and combine the last 4 or put the last two on Friday instead.

I concur. I’m watching this for the chemistry alone which is great! We’re def not bashing these dramas but the commonality of many of them is what made us draw comparisons like these in the first place. Plus and this isn’t necessarily a good thing, many novelists sell their rights to novice screenwriters that have a tendency to just butcher the book and write lord knows what (like what was done to Rebirth For You). It’s much better when the novelist is the screenwriter too (then you get a gem like You Are My Glory). Personally as a novelist, I’d never sell my rights because that would go against my beliefs. I’d rather write a script myself and know that the integrity of my work is intact then sell it to the highest bidder and then watch it crash and burn.
No one in the west (major faux pas), but it’s a different story in the east.
Depends on the ppl and then you have to factor in the bride and groom. They may actually write “formal wear only” on the invite. Personally, I’d never wear white to a wedding unless I was in the wedding party and the bride wanted it. I feel wearing white upstages the bride. But that’s me. Everyone is different.
