In real life, it's unrealistic because you would call someone out on something like that. But we know what kind of person he is and he just wants her approval or to be approved by her a little bit. You could see how devastated he is the entire time she's ignoring him. She was a crappy mom to him, even with the amends that she makes, and he has every right to blame her even though he obviously doesn't. Real life and drama land are two completely different things so that's why sometimes unrealistic has to happen.

Wow, the BTS is actually spicier than the entire show. I wish they had kept a lot of that I don't know what was wrong with it. What's wrong with a shower scene for a guy or her starting to take his tank top off and just showing a little part of his back I'm not understanding why that's a problem all of a sudden.
