So let me get this straight, our ML already has some version of feelings for FL circa episode 8. But he's always being rude to her. Kinda of like a kindergartener would. Still you see the little gestures though she doesn't see them as he doesn't have enough balls yet to tell her. It seems that doesn't happen until the literal end. I love the group's friendship. Also SML though doesn't have the feelings, certainly acts like he does. Thoughts?

Ah, this is my first drama with the leads and according to the Wetv synopsis above, looks like a happy ending.

I guess we’ll see. I want this to be a good drama, not a cliche and tropey one.

If it’s anything like what A Female Student became, I’ll drop it.

It’s pretty good. Everyone is equal and smart.

I don’t read the novels. Just watch the series.

Have there been not happy endings?

I think it’s safe to say she’s not 13 or 15. I’m glad the rat race for everyone in the palace wanting to marry her is over but seems like the entire series is set on her and them having constant problems with ppl around them trying to frame them or kill them. I’m wondering if the title means something else now because I’m guessing censorship didn’t approve of the rebirth portion so maybe it’s got to do with her journey and along with her husband becoming an important force. Just a guess.

I think he’s faithful no matter what what’s her face pulls. And apparently btwn her and the Li lady of the house, they pull a lot. I hope that Li Qian puts them in their place along with his father soon. This petty bullshit better not take 20 episodes considering they haven’t even introduced all of the characters yet.

The actor is the reason I’m watching in the first place. I really hope that after ML saves his life in 16, he finally steps out of that woe is me attitude and becomes a friend and ally to our couple. I don’t want him to be jackass the entire time. I liked his acting since CQL but played an jealous ass there until like the last episodes. LOTSITC his character was wonderful and that’s more of what I want to see. Crossing fingers he’s not a douche because it seems practically everyone else around the leads are.

They need new spices lol. That’s why I love TLB so much, none of that tropey crap.

I may skip and get into a holding pattern till halfway through which is episode 20. Just because petty and angsty ain’t my thing. Once ppl here watch more they can spoil.
