I wanted to tell you guys a little something personal; why SML made my skin crawl more then most here. I had 2 stalkers; One online about nine years ago and another in person 20 years ago in college. The online one was dealt with very quickly. But the one in college required many classmates and friends to get involved and stand up for me. It was incredibly scary. I hope that, no one else has to ever go through that kind of fear whether in person, online, or watching it happen in a series. Please if you see stuff like this; don't watch it. Because it glorifies this kind of behavior and that's not right. Thank you for reading.

I'd have to disagree; just because acting like a creep takes a lot of studying of psychology to be convincing. And this dude nailed the creeper vibe like no one I've ever seen in c-dramas. ~shudders~

Check out my review on it, you'll understand what I mean. It's great up until episode 17; then it goes to hell in a hand basket. I'm really picky about dramas too. But I wanted an easy rom-com which is what it set out to be. Reason I wanted to check this one out is because I follow the SML actor. But if it becomes that, I'm dropping it. ZLS is very smart in it as is the lead; but the SML takes over and in a skin crawling way. Obviously plz watch and make up your own mind but, I truly wish I didn't watch it had I known it would get that bad after epi 16.

Never watched a youth drama so this will be my first. Will probably start it on Thursday. I hope folks that watched it can help with spoilers as I live off of them lol. Thanks ahead of time!

8-12 I'll watch later today; thankfully I have another drama to watch while waiting for the next episodes to air. If this drama gets too cliche or tropee though, I will drop it. Hopefully it won't.

I gave A Female Student a 6. The creeper stalker; just no. I hope all of these men get their shit together and leave her alone and the jealous women do too.

Well now I’m on 8 and I think I’ll watch through 12 tomorrow. I’m so ready for them to admit things to each other because the rest of this merry-go-round of men is giving me a headache. This ain’t a love triangle but a love pentagon 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫.

Episode 6 seems like some sort of strange soap opera 🤣🤣🤣. One dude got tossed in a lake while others are all trying to make FL happy. It’s like a zoo. What is up with FL pouting? Does she want to swallow her chin?

I'll keep watching for now. With "A Female Student" the plot fell apart after episode 16 out of 30; I hope that's not the case here.

Plz don't tell me he's a douche in this series? I mean I like the actor lol. I know he's also in love with FL but I hope doesn't become a stalker or someone evil.

I just finished “A Female Student” and I just can’t endure another hot mess of other ppl trying to either drive themselves in Btwn the leads or frame the leads or both. Starting episode 6 and so far the leads are friends. SML is the reason I even noticed this drama but I’m guessing he’ll be a pain for a while but then becomes an ally.

But seems that in trailer 13-19, his family starts to gang up on her plus ML gets shot for saving the SML. Will there be anyone not trying to split them up? I'll watch or try to watch through 12, but if it continues on this route, I'm not sure I'll be able to deal with 40 episodes.

I just got through 3 and all the palace scheming is so boring and irritating. I hate when some female characters get all of the say while others get none. FL can't even decide and be happy not to marry the shady emperor? Meanwhile both his mother and grandmother have all the say in the world? Should I even continue watching?

P.S. Love spoilers, when do the leads actually get together sans marriage, I know that's in episode 12? Thanks.

I've been seeing a lot of complaints about the leads makeup, but I'm not finding anything wrong with it. On episode 3 and the leads banter is cute, though the FL's constant pouting and whining is a bit annoying. Hope she grows out of that. Love the martial arts aspect; ML can kick ass.
P.S. Her headwear is too much though. She disappears underneath it. Way better when she doesn't wear it at all.
