I'm Jewish and lost family in the Holocaust; the Nazi salute is never trivial to me. So when some ignorant prick and fans think that'll be cute, it's not something I find amusing. Obviously this whole incident was just as unsettling to the Chinese as they're very nationalistic. And he apparently either skipped, slept through, or flunked their history altogether. You're not a hater. I have weibo and though translated, it still takes time to maneuver around the thing. Not everyone has access or the knowledge to do so, so unless they do what ppl like me do where you have reliable sources to ask if something doesn't make sense plus good ole fashioned google to look up the place and its events doesn't hurt. Yes c-ent/Cnetz are very toxic but not all or always. So ppl can't clump everyone in the same group especially if they don't have the full unbiased story.

Yeah they haven't officially announced episode count. I guess we'll see. But I think if it's a well balanced modern drama; 32 is the perfect number. I'm currently watching YAMG and that's 32 too and every single episode is gold. But some dramas can get super draggy where you end up wanting to jump ship before you get into the double digits for sure 🤣.

Beyond that. She can do a lot of damage to herself both long and short term if she keeps this up. Costume dramas are the ones they all diet for yet the costumes themselves add layers to their bodies. Make a thinner costume so you won't need an uber thin star.

Why do fans do anything? I'm actually grateful for unbiased information or a conversation as it were. You're actually not attacking him but pointing out what was said and done; it's not like you're making stuff up. And he admitted it! Plus his own photos, not some photoshopped garbage. That it was done on purpose is very obvious but he's not without blame. He played Russian roulette and lost. Would have never happened if he didn't stick those photos on social media. If they wanted to find something to bring him down, could they otherwise? Who knows. But he shouldn't have made it so easy. That's on him.

We're in for a lot of sweet moments for sure! In 29 episodes they'll have to stuff in a lot of content and make it look effortless.

Wild fire is an understatement; this was like a speeding bullet of dumping from brands and everything else possible. And he'd been at this shrine two other times. So ppl had plenty of opportunities to find this evidence, covid notwithstanding; that's what got me thinking there was no way this was something random. The other thing and plz correct me if I'm wrong but these photos were found on his Instagram account not Weibo. So I'm guessing he thought he was safe since the social media is blocked in China (very dumb thinking since many have a vpn and access). Going by the other photos, he seemed to want to bend the rules of what was sensitive or insensitive. In any case, the damage has been done, maybe he'll be back one day but I doubt it'll be soon. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I understand; I actually looked the shrine up to get the context of why. What KW did was an actual illegality; a human on human crime, this is more of a political scandal. I don't understand going to locations like this unless it's in form of understanding history but not to make a mockery of it or stick it on social media; that was stupid, no doubt. However, he had two years in the clear with these photos and no one said a thing. Why not? For someone to go digging into his past is where I'm drawing the question mark. He was there 3 times and no one made a big deal of it until 24 hours ago? Come on now, ppl can't be that gullible.

He was getting too much too soon perhaps. I don't know much about him but I've gotten a chance to understand their industry in the last more then year, psychologically speaking, so when I saw all this happening this morning (I'm 12 hours behind them), and someone explained the what, everything fell into place. It's too organized to be anything random. Whoever got this ball rolling was prepared.

Yeah it's pretty much everywhere. He's lost all his endorsements and been 86'd from at least one film. Apparently it's his 3rd time to visit said shrine and take pictures with it. He's done some other unsavory things like give the Nazi salute in front of a Holocaust museum somewhere. Now while I am not a fan of such action, China's entertainment industry does have a massive underworld and to completely cancel a human being in 24 hours is a bit too organized to just be someone coming upon these photos 2 years after they were taken to boot. I'm not a fan of his, but I'm not sure his career will recover from this. The comments under the trending posts are very brutal.

She's in Hengdian; I think this was done after she finished filming for the day. One blogger said something in regards to this. She's been trending for it all day/night.
