Saw Tencent post that we should wait on them. I trust them about the same. Our only hope for this year is that when the copyright expires on 5/20, some other satellite tv buys it out so it'll be released from Hunan purgatory. It's not just because it's XZ; Hunan has done this to other shows before. C-ent is a trash heap.

I hope Tencent alone drops it but I'm not holding my breath.

I'll give it a chance for up to 15 episodes and if it doesn't pick up, I'll drop it. It's been way too depressing.

To be honest, this drama is actually quite depressing for me. I haven't laughed once; it's made me cry a lot though. I really like the character BJT played in YAMH and the entire show was both action and comedy. Here he just seems like a shmuck that stutters through his lines.

Very sorry for your loss, I've lost many loved ones to cancer. But last year I lost my grandfather to a tragic accident which the whole family is still reeling from. Loss especially to illness or an accident is probably the hardest because you often don't get a chance to say goodbye or know when it's coming.

Which episode did he resign in? And this is a romance, though very slow burn obviously, so they got to start at some point.

The evil loan lady and her goons need to go. She just randomly pops up and I don't think it really jives with the rest of the storyline.

The point I was trying to make is just like anywhere else politics are involved, ppl will have different opinions. So don't fight plz and just enjoy whichever episodes you choose to watch or the entire series. Thanks.
