His agency is Gramarie with like 30 other actors including veteran actor Lawrence Wang currently starring in the drama Born with Luck. Yang Shitze is another one under that agency. Last I checked, this agency is its own company and not a subsidiary of IQIY.

Remember the very first outline the one that’s up top is usually from the novel or from somewhere so we won’t really know what the thing is about until we get a synopsis from the platform. Right now we just literally have a breakdown of FL’s character and that’s it but not how she meets ML and his story though I heard they’re supposed to get married and have kids, after some butting heads as is inevitable in these dramas; not sure how much of that is true. We will just have to see as they just started filming. I just want smooth filming and no injuries to anyone!

I think they cut more than just that plus they used AI soldiers and settings and it just looked really cheap and unnecessary. It was already obvious low budget. Plus there were times when synchronicity failed where you can hear the words being said and read the subtitles across the screen, but the actor’s mouth isn’t moving.

The subs not being in sync with what’s being said in episode 18 after minute 16 is hard to wrap your head around. Hope they edit that.

Thank you for your comments. It would also have been nice. Had they not cut the majority of the ML’s fighting that he filmed. I remember watching them filming and he did so much to the point where he even got injured and all of that was left on the cutting room floor.

Everything was very choppy. We didn’t really understand much going into the end. Yes people betrayed him, but he even before to those that didn’t betray him. He lied about all of his promises so considering the fact that even though one of his brothers was a spy he still helped him with the poison. And even with everything spy related that he supposedly was, he never once hurt the Emperor or his other brother so after the Emperor‘s descent into madness, he really just didn’t care about anyone. But I do wish we had a better ending and less choppy because I looked on Weibo and the leads were supposed to get married and everything and that was cut off somewhere.
