Is that why you watch a show? For screen time? Others don't even bother seeing the complexity of the story. I know shows aren't for everyone but why bother finishing if you dislike it? If I don't like a show, I drop it. Totally lost here.
Anyways, this show was exceptionally made, even for GJM; the intricacies really did require critical thinking and to expect the unexpected. One actor playin 6 characters differently and uniquely is nuts; only talent will get you that far not favoritism. Every single actor from leads to guests carried! Awesome, really is. You have to enjoy that type of thing to be able to watch it. Glad your review is still on the first page; some of us got downvoted to page 3 and onwards. Sad really.

I'd say the child is 3 or 4 but I think maybe the desert was a hallucination. None of it makes sense. I have to watch through....but I hope there's a special episode or something otherwise it's a hodgepodge of something or other. He can be a hallucination perhaps but the kid saw him too and her going to the pharmacy with the child just doesn't make sense for a hallucination. I think maybe they were going for an OE discussion thing but they botched it big time. And I've seen ML play a kick ass general before in Allen Ren's "Burning Flame", he was SML and I think did better than Allen as his character was so awesome and memorable, I really wish he wasn't constantly stuck into these rather low budget things. He's sadly rep'd by the worst agency they have plus they focus more on boy bands than actors. They have him and another talented one; I think both have 2 more years on their contracts and they'll bail to an agency that will actually help their careers.

Something snapped in the emperor; like he legit lost his mind. First he said he won't kill him then he did. ML held the gate. I think he was gravely injured but he lived; maybe needed that time to recover before finding her I'm guessing she returned to Chanmo judging by the sand; that's how I feel. But the way they bum rushed that ending if it even was one, was BS. For a low budget with AI, it was decent.

I didn’t even know this thing had a novel. But I just popped in here randomly and saw commercial on Weibo, but it was and has been OK. I’m actually still on 13 technically but I’ve skipped around to later episodes because I wanted to see. And yeah, the Emperor goes from like carefree to total losing his mind at the end. And the fact that we never see what happens to ML. We never see the time. Skip in 22 and then all of a sudden he appears before her and you could tell that at least three or four years have passed. So I take it as an OEHE but a lot of people think it’s an OEBE.

I changed it to 24 because that’s what my platform says but the original platform is 22. I’ve absolutely no idea what is going on yeah you’re right. Maybe there’s gonna be some specials or something and that’s what they mean. I guess we will see midnight today. What happens but I haven’t finished watching. That’s the thing it had a weird type of scene like you would see in Xianxia type things and it was so bizarre to they were like random people, jumping off cliffs and a time skip and it looked like ML survived, and then he came randomly to find her and said I’m back in that role credits. It was really bizarre.

Mine doesn’t say that it ended other than a very choppy something, and it still says that there are two episodes for tomorrow that’s kind of strange; anyone else? I haven’t technically finished watching it. I just decided to see because the regular mainland one has 22 episodes finish and mine still said 24 so I decided to go to the end and I couldn’t make heads or tails what they were trying to do.
