After the ending credits, there’s a three minute gap I noticed that the credits weren’t all the way to the end so just fast-forward until you reach the ending credits and the scene is there.
I just realized there was a scene after the credits all of three minutes, but it says 12 years later. So guys if you didn’t know there is something else to see! Wish they added a hug so he didn’t think it was a dream lol. It ain’t a Xianxia for lord sakes lol.
So after they left the only return back to the martial arts world in eight years (around the time SCH becomes the one we don’t like) and the reunion happened 12 years after I’m guessing when SMY finally broke his shackles and An He disbanded (him also knowing that she’s alive was probably a massive boost to his solemn and depressed state of mind that we saw in blood of youth). I think growing old with his beloved without that stain anymore is the best outcome. I do, however, think that they should’ve shown more of that ending instead of it just being spoken and her not used as a pawn for SMY’s and SCH’s master. Kind of felt like SCH also knew not just the uncle. I thought that was a very low blow all things considered. Altogether 9.5 from me review in a few days.
So about BHH below (only for those that watched) ⬇️:
Did anyone else who finished watching think her death was very much of a cop out? You have this crazy battle where her man goes all white haired and demonic, red eyes and huge sword and what not. But then she realized that that night crow bitch (when did she have that opportunity because they didn’t show it) poisoned her on the finger at the last moments of 37? Like what the hell is the point? If she was going to go out, I thought she was also going to be attacked or something else like in the last attempt. But no, she just randomly figures out she’s poisoned without a cure and then she passes out after telling the man she loves to kill her, (WTF?) and our poor ML has to carry her to the clinic before he passes out himself. I just find that whole entire thing very anticlimactic. We knew she was going to bite the dust, but she could’ve bit it in a much more dramatic way. On top of that her father was supposed to put her out of her misery and waited for ML to wake up from his coma or unconsciousness, but they couldn’t wait long enough also doesn’t make sense. Anyways, that’s my gripe with her untimely and rather weird death. After such a spectacular fight to have something like that, just doesn’t make sense to me.
