I wouldn’t know about novel as I never read the source material, but I think they need to start moving other characters in as we’re halfway through the series and we haven’t even met a whole chunk of people. It seems that there are more arcs than just this one in this series.

He’s not even supposed to be that big of a deal and there are other arcs to get to. We are exactly halfway through and 20 episodes worth of this one particular arc.

If you mean a happily ever after absolutely not just because of the dark content. So we definitely have to prepare ourselves for some kind of something, but for what; your guess is as good as mine. It can’t really be a sad ending because you have to remember this series is in between the other two so there’s still quite a few things to happen but I’m just wondering whether the change that made blood river and it’s two main guys as different as almost night and day in this series and that one we will see or whether it’s just going to be an OE like they did with DY.
