Actually, I do think she feels something for him. I just don’t think she understands it because she’s never been in love before be at the princess or the other persona.

I thought I was the only one who saw that she had started to melt toward him, even though we know the ending of 13. Because in an interview, she did someone translated saying that with all the stuff that he did toward her, even after she found out his secrets, she starts to be softer around him. So even though she doesn’t realize it, she does already like him to whatever extent.

You want to take her side go for it. Yes he lied but it’s really no big deal because she doesn’t want her family implicated and it wouldn’t be. But she overlooked the entire thing of even though he disguised himself as other people that he did save her life and if it wasn’t for him, she wouldn’t even be There to say all this stuff and turn him down. I wouldn’t go as far as nobody knows. We’ve got one crazy prince that believes he knows so that may cause problems for her in the future. As for his secret, he’s still dying. Be he a martial expert or not. On top of that given how he has already treated her, we can see that even if everything is exposed, he’s not going to drag her down with him. He’s gonna go down on his own. Because as he said, when he becomes emperor if he gets in her way, he can just die early. If he had secret agendas that could harm her or her family it’s understandable but he if exposed could just simply say she had no idea about any of it and without any evidence what could the emperor or anyone else prove. She understands that whoever poisoned him is someone very deep in the court that’s why he’s hiding but for her it’s more well what if he starts scheming against me not what if the fact that he’s got the secret identity and I’m a part of it is revealed. That’s where my problem lies is the fact that she given everything that he’s done for her, doesn’t even believe that he would not scheme against her in anyway. Just using a little common sense would be enough, but hopefully according to little clips on Weibo, her father comes for a visit so they have to still continue to be the engaged couple and he’s not obviously going to give up and then he wins her father over so the only thing left is a date and her understanding what a kindred spirit really is.

I disagree that his love is second to matters of the court. I think he loves her first and foremost otherwise he wouldn’t have risked10 years of his recovery (among many other things) and gone basically back to square one with that climbing up a mountain thing just to save her. He won’t force her into marriage. She will get there herself. On top of that she also has a secret that she hasn’t told anybody so the fact that she now knows all of his, but he does not know her biggest one is a little hypocritical when she’s all calling off the engagement.

Got through 13 finally Lord, have no idea how I made it through there, but I think all things considered. It is a good thing that the little breakup happened so early in the show as opposed to later because now she knows everything about him and even though she broke it off, I think for a very dumb reason because yes, he did lie to her, but all the lies were to protect her. Meanwhile, she still has this massive ass lie that she has not told anybody or massive secret about the second soul and who she really is so in comparison, the fact that this man literally took 10 years off of his survival just to save her and saved her a zillion times over is nothing in comparison to the secret she has. So I’m really looking forward to the next few episodes and them working together on some plaque that’s missing and then her dad rides into town and ML tries to please Dad obviously doesn’t go too well at first until they fight together. I hope after that there’s going to be a date and they finally get married. Keep working through the harem and all that BS that’s been rolling around (plus the crazy prince) and then her finally softening because even in the previews you can tell she is no longer as coldhearted and indifferent towards him, but speak softly and without that cold look. So let’s now that we have hit bottom start moving up, please.

I looked the previews; our CP won’t give up even helping her father fight. Seems like though she “breaks” things off she’s not sure herself entirely. I kind of want 16 and especially 17 already.
