I haven’t watched this yet today, but I will and this thing just keeps getting creepier and creepier. I hope they start tightening in the net and ringing in all the villains big and small. We do not want a rushed ending.

P.S. I also hope that today after the episodes or during the day, we will get an express schedule because we are going to be headed into one episode a day starting the day after tomorrow or the day after today whatever it is I’m in a different time zone just take it as it is.

Same that he cared because even though his way of going about it was the wrong way, he didn’t destroy her. He didn’t harm her much his disciples did, but he himself did not. I think he thought that if he killed the person, she loved vice versa that she would magically come back to him I think his Thinking process was a little too grandiose for his little brain.

This is where the story and the whole thing fell short because you don’t know who this big grandmaster demon is he shows up what three times in the entire series and you still don’t understand who he is. What is his purpose? What are his goals? What are the meanings behind his goals. It’s literally around the time when the daughter was abducted that you kind of figured out that the mentor of the master was her mother from yellow maple whatever they’re called and that he was her father so somewhere in the past, they got together kid was created, but because of his crappy ambitions and she’s Team good, she obviously left him. But him being as she said, arrogant, as always thinking the world belongs to you decided to start up this mess. Now that’s what I take from what we’ve seen. I do wish the storyline and the story of the plot was there. I wish we didn’t have to guess because I’m not want to read the source material. I am strictly a viewer of dramas or if I follow someone in there in a drama like in this case, I watched it for YY I still need a storyline. To be perfectly honest if it wasn’t for the awesome CGI and fight scenes I probably would’ve dropped this thing. And and there were other acute moments here and there, but I really do hope that in season two, which I hope we get there’s going to be more storytelling because that’s what a series is. It’s a story and if you are lacking that Then you’re missing a huge chunk of the show.

I would have to agree with this. I would’ve of course preferred this thing to be 40 episodes and not 30 but I do like his progression in cultivation here. And I think the actor did exactly what the director wanted him to do. Also kind of funny that they have the same name. Whatever she threw at him, he was ready to tackle it. As the readers of the book or the anime or the whatever it’s called say this is just a small portion of a much bigger story so I do hope that in the future, we get the rest of that story and we don’t have to wait like someone in the comments said as long as for PA. I think that this thing has made at least a small splash on the mainland so hopefully directors screenwriters producers all come together seems to be a sizable bunch and decide to do a season two with the same actors.

Yeah, it seems they have a lot of story to tell and not a lot of time to tell it. It sucks a lot that they had to cut 10 episodes off of this thing but hopefully we will get a season two where the story line in the plot actually happens because here we got a lot of fighting a lot of great CGI some plot here or there for the ML but for the most Part there wasn’t much of a story. We need more of that.

So a certain grand master demon thought that by capturing and by creating a war and all that other stuff that he would actually romance the woman back to him? Wow, did he screw up. Still didn’t get what he wanted though he captured his daughter, but she could get away whenever and however she wanted but the rest of that? Yeah if you want to capture a woman’s heart, you have to do it in a non-evil way. Obviously his arrogance was in the way. That’s not how it works dude sorry. And big RIP 🕯️ to Shifu of HL.

P.S. The rock music throughout pretty nice.

I think the series needs a season 2, 3, and 4 at this rate. Though episode 28 is a bit depressing will say that; other than WD and his band of 2 monkeys 🤣..

He doesn't say it directly, but he says it indirectly. He was way too young to do anything about it and according to the previews, he apparently had either a twin brother or just a brother. FL's father carried him out of there when he was an infant, so I don't think he's in any way shape or form capable of Being the mastermind or even being part of it. Besides, he was raised the way he was by his master and he always I believe you that he was an orphan, but not until fairly recently did he realize that he was from there. Whether or not it has anything to do with him otherwise like a family member a.k.a. brother that survived that's a different story but he himself is innocent completely I believe.

I watched the preview it seems they both have brothers or something. It would be interesting if TS was BM's brother.

So that’s what happened? It’s turned into a thriller. It seemed a lot of the army “turned” too. Either a mad scientist or someone in the army as a weapon. But all of this definitely has something to do with the emperor. Nuts.

From the BTS they seem to be interacting just fine. I mean they do have funny scenes, but it’s more between the actors themselves.
