In episode four non-military divers are properly putting on their gear and slowly. That is how it should be done.

He’s already the doesn’t take no for an answer trope character. She has turned him down how many times? I’ve lost count. So that’s already like one of those characters that’s becoming obsessive and we’ve seen so many dramas where the SML‘s are just obsessed to the point where you just want to kill them eventually thankfully they kill themselves, but he’s headed in that direction in these terms plus everything else. But I’m actually sort of excited because the actor and I follow him kind of from a distance he has never that I have seen played an antagonist or anyone that’s morally gray. He was always a clean bill protagonist and every drama I’ve seen him. So to see him Change that up is actually very very good and very interesting.

Dream drama has one too. It’s coming up on the sixth. I don’t think thus far I’ve watched one costume drama without a cliff dive. I think that’s one of the most standard tropes out there.

All of their songs are beautiful. I just wish the editing was less choppy and they got things accurate other than their military stuff I mean.

no I think the uncle is a villain because you have a lot of things happen behind the scenes other than all this love crap that you have to see NH start to pay attention to like the pigeon not going from point to point B and the death of the empress, I mean a little boy could not orchestrate that or bring assassins. I mean, there’s just no way. There’s a lot of these little things And I think that the Gao uncle is trying to get a rebellion going. Maybe he’s trying to kill the emperor I don’t know what his whole spiel deal is, but he is 100% the villain. CGH is just an arrogant narcissist that thinks he can do no wrong. He had a lot of bad things happen to him as you said, especially recently, but he takes no responsibility for the stuff that was incorrect.

I liked him at first and then it started to change. Plus the antagonist is none other than our MLS uncle with the emperor not far behind. I just hope that they do the story well enough that they vindicate NH and show how everyone made mistakes. NH has made mistakes and he has apologized for them. CGH is now making mistakes and decisions and thinks everything’s OK.

I’m washing both and plus started watching Rose and gun as well. Choppy writing strange editing and some other unbelievable things but we’ll see how it goes. And a nice slash in the two historical dramas because it’s a modern military romance.

There’s a lot of suspension of disbelief plus the choppy editing. You can tell when it’s footage from like news or some other program or when it’s filmed also the diving in the first episode of the ML how quickly he suited up in his scuba gear was impossible. I’m a certified scuba diver. Trust me. He only put like a what looked like backpack and fins on before he was tossed overboard and the next scene he has his entire gear on and swimming in a proper formation, fully buoyant; that is impossible. Will continue to watch obviously I like the whole macho thing, but I am definitely not a fan of the writing and editing right now.

Edit: I will be harping on the scuba diving scenes. Every chance I get. Every single BCD, which looks like that jacket that he put on has two regulators your primary and your backup. Your backup is in case either your primary runs out of air or your buddy runs out of air. In a rescue, you have to give the person you rescued your back up. In this series he’s giving her his primary meanwhile he’s holding his breath and he doesn’t even obviously do a stop before he reaches the surface even though he went down deep. Everything was not taught at all here; obviously only for series things but if you’re going to do military training or military whatever series, then at least try to get some of the details accurate not just how pretty the guns look when they flash. 🤦🏻‍♀️

He doesn’t take no for an answer for FL she has to marry him or else. He’s a total hypocrite and everything he does. Ever since he was a kid, he looked down on NH even when NH helped him. He grew up, loved and cared for NH didn’t he was trapped in that cold palace alone for something he didn’t do. NH was brought up in basically a killer be killed environment. It doesn’t always make a hero out of someone.

To me it’s just very iffy, but you can watch it. I don’t think it’ll affect anyone else. I’m just a special person.

Everything that has happened to him has been through his own choices. He doesn’t feel guilty about abandoning NH at all. He just couldn’t open his mouth because he’s a coward. He’s had a lot of stuff happened to him, but he has never asked about why it’s happening or questioned it’s relevant. He just accepted that NH is evil. NH is bad and I’m just going to hate him.
