I thoroughly enjoyed this. The CGI may not be great but the acting and storyline made up for it. I look forward to the second season. In the meantime, I shall be reading the webtoon.
I absolutely loathe Chen Ting. And I strongly dislike Zhao Miao, Qi Mingyue mother, and Ziqui father. I also dont care for Tang Can's mother. I came to like little orange and He Mei though, the only mother i like.
Sad it ended could gone for at least 10 more episodes see their development.
I keep thinking about this comment, so i have to ask. After about 30 episodes with them being adults, during that time, there was no development? They waited until the end to make a decision and ended there? I am currently on episode 18 and the thought bugs me.
How it began? My journey began late 2010/early 2011. It started with watching 2NE1 MV on youtube to discovering BigBang, falling in love with TOP and finding the kdrama I am Sam. After that, i went on a kdrama/kmovie binge/addiction.
Tip? Don't let it consume you. You can easily become a recluse by getting into the world of K-entertainment. It is bottomless and you will have the desire to explore it all. Set time limits for yourself. Pace yourself. Trust me, it isn't going anywhere.
When I started heard about this drama and started reading the webtoon, I knew they were going to cast Eun Woo as the male lead. I also can't help but to draw lines with Gangnam Beauty. It doesn't help that Eun Woo is playing basically the same role.
It wasn't that bad!! And if you watch it on the right platform then you're likely going to be surrounded by people…
Lol I hardly watch it on platforms with comments. When i first got into dramas 10 years ago, I watched a couple with live comments, but haven't in years. I need to check it out again
I think i should wait til next week Sunday to watch these episodes. From the previews, it looks like I'll need to use the butterfly method from all the heartbreak i will experience. Maybe with waiting for two extra episodes, there'll be some relief
I understand and appreciate that this drama showed the challenges of coming out to family while keeping that relationship and their romantic relationship strong. It showed that it is not always fluffy and light. I also understand that in some relationships, cheating occurs. However, I do not like that persons link real relationships with cheating. That should not be the case. One can have real relationship challenges/problems without resorting to cheating. I feel as if it is a cop out. As much as I liked the first season, I am not mentally prepared or willing to watch this season due to the cheating. I know that not all dramas can be lovey dovey, but for this couple, i wanted the challenges without the cheating. I shall settle for the drama summary and look forward to their future work.
You had me in the first half, not gonna lie, haha . I thought you re about to drop the show :( .
Lolol sorry. I have been wanting to watch this show for weeks, but wanted to wait til a good amount of episodes or for it to be complete. I couldn't hold out anymore
I held out as long as I could to watch this series, now I shall suffer each week til it is complete. I am loving this drama. Everything. The OST is great as well. I could see Melanie Martinez making a great OST for this drama
I agreed. Most of Korean dramas lead towards men hitting women and get away with it. And they don’t often address…
It makes me wonder if it is a part of their culture that they're not phased by it, that it is normal. It worries me. I am from The Bahamas and cheating/adultery is sickeningly a part of our culture, we call it "sweethearting". We know it is wrong but it is to the point where we expect it to happen and some just let it slide. It is sad. Some cultures have sad and bad things in the mix
