I just feel that they don't really or fully understand the culture in which they're watching.
Especially behind the scenes things, where a lot of the extras and staff are subjected to verbal, physical and sexual assault a lot of the time. The slapping around that bosses to in Kdramas is 100% an actual thing that happens and its not "just a few" people.
