I read the synopsis of butterfly lovers and few reviews, that seems like a tragedy with sad ending. gonna have to Pass on that

If i am not wrong This seems to be the only Historical/political drama where the Females don't backstab , play sneaky games with each other for higher positions and are actually very supportive for Each other. I DID NOT EXPECT THAT. Great watch

Great, then can you spoil me and answer a few questions because i don't mind spoilers?? i am currently around episode 32.. 1) do fanxian and lin waner get married in season 1 or is that still on pause? 2) what happens with si li li, does she love fan xian? does something more happen with her? 3) i saw some spoiler about duoduo, does fanxian marry her as well?? 4) who killed fan xian's mother? 5) so who exactly is fan xian's father because i know its not that minister. 6) what happens win yan bingyun? i know that he stabs fanxian but he is not in seaon2 casting, so is he dead ? 7) who is lin waner's father? 8) so chengpeng is not fanxian's grandpa, is he the antagonist? 9) Do we see all the four masters ? i know the head eunch is one ..do we see the rest as well? 10)and lastly, Is this all just a story telling by a guy in 21st century about old times..and nothing more... no time travelling, no nothin . because in the first episode, we're at university and then we jump to ancient time

they never said the reason. My Theory ,They divorced , Father got her custody because Mom's parents didnt want her raise disabled kid.. So they forced her to let her go, that's why she was crying when leaving her.

Done!!! I wanted to see what all the high rating was about. Pretty good drama... 8.7/10 for me. Everyone was great But Choi hyun wook was the MVP for me. I liked shin eun soo , without saying any word , she played that role beautifully. would love to see more future work from both of em.
and I have always liked seol in ah, hope she gets some Great roles like this in future and not just FML's sidekick and stuffs
You know how most drama have a great start, the middle is good if not great but the ending is ah....MEH . This is that drama. the last couple of eps could have been better.... i still would like to see Main leads pair up for another series though. Ngl
