It's okay if you ship VictorTrin , but calling Tanwa's character " uSEless " is definitely a hater behavior…
I agree! I can't understand how can they call Tanwa a "useless" character when he was a soothing presence to Trin and Trin is the one to ground him to reality! I already commented on that if you read it but if it wasn't for Tanwa, Trin would've already spiralled out. He was the one who LISTENED to him when Trin talked to him about his PTSD, and the one who soothed him when Trin broke down in his arms. Someone already pointed out that Trin is very particular about cleanliness, but after skinny-dipping with Tanwa his cloths were sandy, but he wasn't so stressed about it. Imagine refusing to touch YOUR OWN HANKER CHIEF because it touched the floor. He's the same guy who was okay with wearing sandy cloths after skinny-dipping.
And honestly as much as Tanwa was a soothing presence to Trin, Trin isn't the one to depend on him for emotional support. Tanwa admitted that he didn't want to let his misery affect him, but Trin responded saying that if it was him he is ready to shoulder his burdens. Basically saying "we are in this together" in other words, if we count both ep 5 and 6. Heck even before ep 5 Tanwa was always there for him. He's the only one to make him smile, and he shared his trauma of losing his mother to Trin.
If they still think Tanwa is useless even after going this far onto a show, then that means they don't understand or empathise with him yet. And yeah someone actually had the galls to say that Tanwa shouldn't have existed in this show and said that they stand uncorrected. They were called out for hater behaviour but lol one of them who finds Tanwa 'useless' called them fanatics as to them, that commentator didn't name names and still they were "attacked", and that commentator even said that they didn't hate anyone like can they even hear themselves?! They can't see that the cast and crew are a team and they are all so supportive of each other and are very close. Insulting one actor or character or a cp just because you don't like them means insulting the team!
Couldn't agree more. And about Trin spiraling, while rewatching TrinTanwa's scene in Ep6, I remember coming across…
Replying late but I agree with everything you said. Tanwa has a soothing and comforting presence for Trin, and also someone on Twitter pointed out that Tanwa was afraid that he screwed up after Trin walked away from him for sometime, after Tanwa confessed that he wants to be with Trin forever (keeping in mind his fear of abandonment). And as much as I like Dhevi and Veera, I wish there was a lesbian romance between Dhevi and Dao lol. That'll be...interesting. But it'll be more difficult for them as they're both women.
Maybe because it's not your stereotypical "BL" that it's not garnering the same attention... I'm not even…
It's actually a more mature show with lots of political tension happening there. And I think at this point people don't want to get involved in politics
I agree.. All I want is vor Trin to end up with Victor but we all know that prob can't happen. I really hope we…
Also yes Victor was being stalkerish but I don't think he is without self-love. I love his personality but yeah he did cross a line with Trin when he stripped
I agree.. All I want is vor Trin to end up with Victor but we all know that prob can't happen. I really hope we…
as much as I don't care for LertRan, it doesn't seem fair to saying they just have lust and passion and no real love because they do love and care for each other. I agree that the sex scenes overpower that scene where Naran stood up for Krailert when his colleagues were accusing him, or when Lert put his head on Ran's lap. And just saying that it is only lust on Tanwa's side isn't just unfair, but also misleading, since there was only one sex scene between Tanwa and Trin and that too it was very gentle as compared to lertran. The way he looks at him, and was heartbroken after Trin scolded him for not being there when Trin was sad (id disagree with Trin here after seeing a tweet), and the ONE who became his rock when Trin was in his hardest times, and that Trin was able to open up to him about his PTSD. Even when they undressed and did their foreplay, they showed loads of affection and their foreplay seemed more like a couple dance, when Trin hugged him (and you should see his face there!) These are just understatements ik.
I am watching all six episodes for the third time. Each time I watch I am just blown away . The scene with Victor…
So true! I love how Trin dealt with Victor's feelings. Victor was surely in the wrong here by trying to kiss even when Trin said no the previous day. Trin made his feelings pretty clear. He sees him as a student and a younger brother, but not as a lover. That is only reserved for Tanwa. He still cares for Victor and his feelings as a professor didn't die just because Victor confessed his feelings. He never shamed him, but gently rejected him.
Also this is a slap on the face for people who excuse groomers like Anthony Kiedis who slept with a 14 year old groupie as a 23 year old DESPITE knowing her age! They say that she seduced him, or it's consenting, or smth but as an adult it's your responsibility to refuse to date or sleep with an underage or a much younger person, clearly lower in power authority. Trin did the latter. Thai netizens were impressed by the way this was dealt with, as Trin was being a responsible adult in this situation. It's sad that Trin is a fictional character :( we need to see more irl Trins.
aren't you tired of still being here for a series that "has no plot"? i mean even god rested on the 7th…
Man this person who kept commenting to kpenthusiast and was calling THEM miserable and obsessive fanatic while they were the one getting heated up while kpenthusiast was so chill already says a lot about what that person was projecting
People love to call Tanwa a useless character and that Tanwa shouldn't have been there. Lemme tell you this, and I share it with a Tanwa lover i interacted with here, that if it wasn't for Tanwa, Trin would end up spiraling the shit out! Who hugged and comforted him when trin was shaken by the protest and his ptsd trigger? who listened to him intently? Who made him smile? Who made Trin explore his sexuality? Who made Trin enjoy the rain? If Tanwa wasn't there then trin would be neither of these ;) peace out
Lol they call those counter comments or those who love tanwa a fanatic. Dude is literally the hater here and honestly it's an indirect dig at mile like a commentator called out. And literally if it were me I'd so not be nice lol. They're being nice imo for such a pest
Ikr like Tanwa has more layers to him! He's surely apparently carefree but it's already made clear that he's a traumatized adult and it makes him who he is. But boy oh boy was he there for trin in his hardest time and literally TRIN BROKE DOWN IN HIS ARMS! Now thara a step ;)
I can't get how people could call tanwa a useless character man I want to give him a hug 🫂
Same man i love tanwa and trin together! Sure lert and ran are great but MAN LOOK AT THEM!!!!!!!
And to that pest who called those who countered them a fanatic when they were the one who said that tanwa shouldn't have even been there, for someone as annoying as them, the replies were actually quite nice lmao. Also someone else agreed to that comment and even called the counter commentators as fanatics and that they weren't hating like can they even hear themselves?!
