She hate him so much, because right now she’s in her 3rd lifetime. And he’s only in his 2nd lifeline. So she went through more stuff than he did. As of now, he doesn’t know why she hates him. When he gets to his 3rd lifetime, then he’ll understand why. Because then he can see with his own eyes, how much suffering she went through, and what went on, during her 2nd lifeline as a mortal.

Please be courteous to others, by using the spoiler button, for those who havent watched it yet. And you’re correct, people don’t give Joseph the recognition he deserves. Hopefully after this drama, he’ll get more fans. I honestly seen him in a few dramas in the past, I always thought he was cute and is a decent actor. However, in this drama he’s super hot. He really matches the white hair (Xianxia Aesthetics) and he looks so ethereal. I can’t even explain to you, how beautiful he looks when he walks, with his beautiful floating clothes. Obviously the director also feels this way, that’s why in a few scenes, you see them film him, when he’s walking from his feet up to his face. That way the viewers, can get the whole ethereal godly floating effect. He should do more of these types of dramas, it suits him very well. So far, I would say that this is his best drama that I’ve seen him in. 😊

You’re correct, I should have written, it could also be because the drama just sucks. Sometimes it’s because there are crazy fans, who will also screw up ratings. For example, some idol dramas can be really bad, but they’ll have like a high rating (something ridiculous like a 9/10) 🤪. Of course, then there are fan wars. One actors/actress fans, will go troll another actors/actress drama. Then down vote it to hell. Sometimes they will fight amongst themselves, with actors in the same drama, for billing rights. They start hating the other actor, they’ll down voting the other actors past/current/future dramas. Sighs. 😞There are a lot of factors, that screw up the rating for dramas. I’m pretty sure there are other reasons that I haven’t mentioned. But thanks for reminding me to be more specific.

I think can’t die together, because they still have to go through more tribulations/lifelines. At episode 12, the female lead is in her 3rd lifeline and he’s only in his 2nd lifeline. Usually, xianxias go through 3 lifelines. Not all xianxias have 3, but most do. And from the trailers, I can tell that, he still has one more lifeline, that he has to go through.

Please give it a try, I think it’s pretty good so far. Sometimes, I can’t take ratings seriously, because there’s so antis, that down vote everything, so the ratings are all over the place (same thing happens on douban). Bai Lu is also one of my favs, I think she’s doing a really good job. 🩵

Correct, there has been some dramas I’ve watched in the past that the editing was so bad. I didn’t even know what was going on. Here’s it not too bad, just only a few scenes here and there. But overall, pretty good.

I think if they left it at 40 it wouldn’t be choppy at all. If you think about it, 8 (1/3 of the drama) episode is really a lot to cut from the storyline. But no matter what I’m still gonna stick with this drama till the end. This is actually the only drama, that I’m really interested to watch at the moment.

I see what you’re saying. I understand that there are people that like shorter dramas. For me I’m all for it, shorter dramas, for in certain genres etc etc. But it’s only for xianxias, that I think should be longer (at least 40). Also, I only chose 60 Eps for this drama, because I want the FL to torture the ML a little more. 🤣🤣 I actually don't mind the cgi, visuals, ost or dubbing. I just think certain parts are choppy with the editing.

I think they shouldn’t have cut eps. I heard it was supposed to be 40 Eps. I’m disappointed with production companies nowadays. 😞 I like this drama would have love to have seen more of it.

I’m disappointed this drama only has 32 episodes. I need this drama to least 60 episodes (Yes,I know of SARFT 40 Ep limit), because I need to see the FL torture BJS a little more! 🤬I feel like he’s not suffering enough. Also, I really miss longer xianxia dramas. With more episodes, they have more time to explain things, that are happening between the 3 lifelines. I noticed when they cut down the episodes in xianxias, then the editing is really choppy. I’m really enjoying this drama, but the editor is giving me whiplash.

I thought he almost outshined the male lead in this drama. He did such a great job.

It’s best not to engage with them. That way you don’t have to bring negativity into your experience, of watching this drama.

When I was reading your comment, it sounded logical to me, so I don’t even know why they called people a “fan girl”. I’ve learned from reading so many comments in the past, that when people start to lose the argument, they always say that the other person is a fan girl, or something along those lines. I usually don’t block people, but when I notice that some people can’t be reasoned with. I just blocked them. That way you don’t have to keep going back-and-forth with them, wasting your energy. Also, people throwing the term “fangirling” out there, to try to insult people, who in fact, aren’t 𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨. They are so freaking annoying! How hard is it for them to have a civil conversation with others without insults? 🤨🤣

Lol, they think by calling people “fan girls”, they’re trying to put people in a box. Too make us look crazy. But in reality, it just reflects to me, what kind of person they are instead. Usually, when I see people being logical, and other people commenting stuff like that, I know for a fact that other party calling people “fangirls” is a lost cause. There’s no need to entertain those people.
