In ep 10, when Li Qing Yue (Ep 10 @ 32:50) was telling Bai Jiu Si, her name and where’s shes from etc etc. I felt like I was having a flashback, from the xianxia Love And Destiny. Where in Ep 50 @ 3:00, Lin Mo (NiNi) was telling Jiu Chen her name, where shes from, and who her family is in the mortal world. It was almost the same, word for word. Turns out the screen writer is the same person. No wonder the lines sounded so familiar. The reason I recall these lines, was because I remember being so heartbroken, the first time I ever heard these lines, in Love And Destiny. 💔🥲

So far, it was my favorite episode. First monkey plays Cupid. After the kiss, she offered to take responsibility for him. All in the span of five minutes.😆Then she came back, with all her treasures, to propose to him. And took him home.

Thanks for your reply, I think I will give it a try I usually like when the adaption stays close to the novel. I don’t really mind SE’s. I just don’t like when “script writer” try to adapt novels, but go off the deep end and only do at 50% of the book. And just be adding nonsense. Since you said they did 90% I will give it a try.
