As a relatively new fan of dramas, I began my journey in late 2021. My primary interest lies in Chinese dramas, where I appreciate a wide range of genres, with a particular fondness for wuxia. When it comes to Korean dramas, I'm more selective, preferring thrillers, horror, costume, and romantic comedies that deviate from the typical rich CEO trope. My ideal male lead is someone who embodies a mix of cuteness, intelligence, expressiveness, and a loving, caring nature. Conversely, I admire female leads who are not only cute but also understanding, supportive, and brave. My introduction to the world of dramas began with the Chinese series 'My Girlfriend is an Alien,' which sparked my interest . I subsequently explored Korean dramas, starting with 'Pinocchio,' and later ventured into Thai and Japanese dramas with 'F4 Thailand' and 'Coffee & Vanilla,' respectively.

I have a fondness for dramas with sad endings, not because I'm a sadist, but because they leave a lasting impact that stays with me. My favorite dramas include 'One and Only,' 'Forever and Ever,' and 'You Are My Glory.' I also enjoy reading e-books, especially those that explore Chinese culture, which I've grown to appreciate through watching dramas. Interestingly, my reading preferences have shifted towards Chinese novels. So far, I've read three Chinese novels: 'Addicted,' 'Advance Bravely,' and 'Heaven Official's Blessing.'

I also love rewatching dramas, but I have to admit, I rarely rewatch Korean dramas because of their long episodes. Chinese dramas, on the other hand, are a different story. I've come to realize that watching dramas is more than just a hobby for me - it's a source of comfort. During tough times, getting lost in a good drama has been a lifesaver. It's a habit I plan on sticking with for a long time!
