It is meant to be that way. The first 2 episodes r introduction to their world . The show kicks off in the End of Episode 3. Thereafter the story tooks pace.
Just like Wen u start ur Bike u have to give 1 to 2 Minutes so that the Engine warms up.

Yeah the last last episode is just Tear jerking . One after another but they had me Bawling out wen the scence at 18:20 rolls. I couldn't just keep a hold of myself I cried a lot at that scence. So Heart touching the cinematography was Amazing.

The shows really kicks off at the Ending of episode 3 . Before that it is slow paced. Thats why the show was Aired as 4 episodes per week. So that the shows pacing n story gradually grows like the Director wanted the audience to experience n feel and Grow with them as the Story Evolves.
