Hi! Yes they seem Google translated, but for what I saw they are not horrendously mistranslated either, so you could watch the last episodes with it. But complicated sentences and ideas are a mess so you'd miss the point sometimes.

Yes, sexuality is treated casually, I like that. It made me think of Colorful Love, eventhough it was kinda censored there.
