I feel inexplicably bereft at the end of this series. I’ll miss all the characters but especially Gang Jae, Boo Jung & her father.

Boo Jung & Jung Soo are more like brother & sister bonding over the loss of their father. I like to think that they call it a day, become good friends, & go find their true loves.

KJ looked like he wanted to cry when BJ said she had to go home.

Even at the end I didn’t like the FL. Mi Reu and Ji Goo were the only decent main characters & the President the only good secondary. Just like IRL, the pandemic brought out the worst in everyone.

Like others, I wish the FL was tougher without losing her goodness & graciousness. She lets everyone walk all over her.

ETA1: It’s episode 4 and I don’t know how much more I can stand to see FL being so pitiful & spineless. Lordy.

ETA2: Yeo-Wool has to be spoon-fed everything (eps 5-6). How did she find success as a lawyer with such a lack of skepticism?

I think it’s worse than a feud. BJ is the unacknowledged ghost writer for the book. She quit publishing and despite being a gifted writer (see all the accolades the titular author is getting, comment from police about the quality of writing in the troll posts) she’s now working as a cleaning lady and hasn’t told her father or husband.

Ryu Joon Yeol is just..wow!

Also the "Kiss Me" balloon floating along the stairs (eps. 4) is one of the most swoonworthy images I've ever seen in a K-drama.

I'm going to have to remember this expression: "I would have slapped the wax out of his ears." 😃

I'm only on episode one and starting to feel the same about this series.

This show is absolutely bonkers.

Arisugawa's childishness was a bit much, so it was quite astonishing that sexy beast Okuzono fell for her. Enjyoji & Hiyama's storyline was excellent - love those crazy kids.

I would have liked the series to spend more time with Rio & Mizuho as their stories were underdeveloped, especially Mizuho's.

The child actors really resembled the adult versions of the characters plus they were very good.

I’m enjoying this series; love the FL.

I get why people don't find the FL likeable, but she is not evil. Watch what she does, not what she says.

I marvel at the ineptitude of the police & prosecutors in Kdramas. They leave a suspect in custody with his cell phone? No biggie. A minor whose only parent is in a coma? Leave her unprotected. The only copy of the case files gets burned; the original journal is stolen. They don't have locked archives or safes? How sway.

I’m moving to Korea & taking up a life of crime there. Something tells me that with careful preparation & failsafes, crime does pay.

Regarding the story, I dislike the way Chef and the father talk to the FL. These series need to stop normalizing verbal & emotional abuse as OK if it's done out of something called love.

Having said that, Chef and Seo Yoo Kyung were the highlight of the show and made me believe in them and their relationship.

I don't dislike Gong Hyo Jin, but she plays the same character - with variations on a theme - in everything I've seen her in. It would be nice to see her play a character who is "large and in charge" of her life, or a vixen who uses men & discards them, or a murderer, or anything else really.

Lee Sun Kyun almost always portrays a man betrayed by the woman he loves, but to his credit, the characters are all different while sharing that common life event. In conclusion, I'm really watching this for him. That's it.

I feel the series is weaker toward the end when it becomes more about the romance and less about the leads doing things together, i.e. kicking ass & taking names. Still quite enjoyable overall.

Wow! I did not see Yumeaki becoming so obsessively jealous.

RJY is really beautiful. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in anything before.

I thought he was wonderful in Erased. Hope to see more from him in the future.
