Yes, this one is more realistic i would say, rational life has good and bad co-workers (aka 'villains'), friends are adorable i loved the Sismance and Bromance, family situations is more realistic in here, each leads mothers was the opposites so it was really interesting to watch.
ML's mother was my favourite character in the show, she's cute and adorable.

I have heard that there are special episodes myself, but they are not included in the35, sadly netflix don't have them, so i'm looking for them myself.

As for the show itself, i thoroughly enjoyed it, it's slow burn one but very realistic one,
FL's mother was annoying early on, but she did get a lot better as story progresses (at least for me)
ML's mother, is just adorable human i was really surprised, she's so cute.
Song Zi Yan (SFL) is just best friend you can ask for, she's there for you not matter what, she did have some problems early on with her identity crises as a wife, but she found her happy ending.
Su Yang ( i would say hes SML instead of Xu ming je) best friend of ML, who had no confidence in himself and his plans for the future, but with the support of Xi Qao and most importantly his first love You Shija he grew as a person.
You Shi Ja, university friend of Su Yang and Xi Qiao, who was hired by Ruo Xin, she's very cute, loyal and hard worker, who stands by her friends. Love Interest of Su Yang.
Xu Ming Je, Professional and kind person, who gives chances to hard working people without caring about their backgrounds, helped FL grow as an employee.
Ruo xin and Xi Qiao, were so cute together hands down, if you love realistic romance dramas (especially noonas), What you doing? Go and watch it!

Episode 27, quite late, but their story is so cuute!

Happy ending with Qi Xiao, they are so cute together. No misunderstandings/break ups its just that they got together quite late, but the chemistry was there since episode 1, they were getting cuter by episodes ;)

Triangles:
The female lead was dating a guy at the start of the show but she didn't have any feelings for him, only dated to please her mother as she really liked him, she likes being independent so when he was really controlling (even installing spyware on her phone) she just didn't felt like herself, but he did redeem himself later on and parted on good terms.
Then the boss Xu Ming Je, made an appearance he was fascinated by how good is the FL in the office and her working ethics/efficiency, but she declined his advances and kept it professional becoming good working colleagues.
Romance is very slow burn but yet rewarding at the same time, first kiss happened at episode 31, which i just finished, they started dating few episodes earlier, so there were hugs/holding hands, dates but kisses took time.
Even if its such a slow burn, it's so rewarding, it shows how an accomplished hard working female lead who never fell in love, found out what its like to be in love.
Male lead is very supportive of female lead and she's very supportive of him, they was there for each other since the beginning, so the chemistry was definitely there and the romance felt natural.
When FL's mother found out about the relationship she was against it really, but as she was friends with ML mother, they sat down and had a talk, it was so emotional that i even cried, this show portrays real life problems so realistically, i thought it would be nice to mention.

she appears near the end of the drama, she's very strong female boss, she gets along very well with fl and have mutual respect for each other.

have to agree, first kiss was only in episode 31, despite dating for few episodes already.
But im really enjoying this ;)

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, all i said that everything is repetitive these days, no matter what the plot is, it doesn't mean we not going to enjoy them ;)

Obviously, i didn't mean as a genre in a literal way. As for running out of ideas its nothing to be surprised about as this this whole industry is over century old.

Us with amazing tastes like these, have to stick together ;).
While you wait for this to come out, i would recommend watching Iron ladies and My dear boy, they both are on netflix too.
