I'm really surprised by the comments: personally, I really like the female lead. Of course the forklift thing in ep 1 was stupid, but people, this is purely fictional drama that has a "comedy" tag. Do you seriously find it so shocking? After all this bullshitty, crazy, exagerrated things we've seen in nearly every k-drama ever you are annoyed by THAT. Lol is all I have to say, really.
For now I find Do Ha a bit obsessive, yeah, but in a cool way. She's a fangirl, but she's also a great manager, if Woon Gwang found her too much, he would fire her already. He even thanked her for being so awesome at managing him in ep 1.
Side note: those comments about how some of you find her not worthy to have any romantic lines with this great great oppa PHJ, I as a female, find abhorrent.
I started watching it out of boredom, so I had no expectations and... now I'm impatiently waiting for wednesdays. It has a smart script, actually funny and not exaggerated humor and amazing acting. Nam Goong Min is amazing as always, but this Junho guy is quite a surprise for me - is he really an idol...? He nailed his role! I just hope that they will continue to be amazing, as it is a 20 eps drama.
Was it an accident that my 100th finished drama was this one? I don't know, but I don't regret watching it at all. Kudos to the writer, producers and the cast for their courage to touch on the "forbidden" subject.
So far it's great - this is the first drama where I made it past 2 eps after a very long slump, so please: no unnecessary misunderstandings, terminal illness or memory loses please! Oh, and no "I fell over and landed right on your lips", this one is the worst... You'd better not disappoint me, drama!
Disappointed. Bored. Saddened. A bit pissed off - my feelings about this drama. So yeah, I am SO DROPPING IT.
I get it that some dramas have slower pace and focus more on relations and emotions between the characters - in fact, I love those the most (like 9 End 2 Outs, Whats Up Fox etc). But this drama is not slow, it's stagnant - there's literally NOTHING happening! Even potentially crazy/disturbing behaviours like So Eun's creepy manipulations or Seo Hoo's stalking tendencies and bossing around don't do anything to me. It all is just "meh". Why should I care about the heroine? Should I be cheering for Hana and Won's love story? Should I be appaled by Seo Hoo's behaviour? Or should I be curious about this big secret that Won has about him not being allowed to love Hana (instead of curiosity I'm more amused when thinking what in the hell could be a reason for that, lol). Why, when I don't care about any of those people at all...? The writer for this drama did a horrible job and just wasted a sizzling chemistry between HJW and LJW.
I really liked the drama, but I have to admit, the plot wasn't its strongest point. I have nothing against slow pacing, but there has to be this something that keeps things interesting. In this case it was the actors - they were absolutely amazing. Tsumabuki Satoshi, Eita, Mitsushima Hikari - they're just beyond describtion; they're not acting, they ARE the characters they're presenting. Keep it up, guys, I hope it's not your last project together!
It was based on interesting idea, but the execution and (especially!!!) the acting were horrible. One of the worst dramas I've ever seen, but my opinion might be influenced by the fact that I am slightly older than the target audience.
I had very high expectations, I'm really disappointed. I know that they changed the script around ep.24/25, in…
Lol, you're my hero! Agree with every single word you wrote (and there is a lot!) :D

So by you mean that she was ready to do anything just to save her daughter? Like kill etc? It's kinda surprising if it's like that, I always thought that k-dramas liked to have their main leads crystal clear.
BTW if you ever go around watching Ruler Of Your Own World you HAVE TO to tell me your opinion about this drama :) I really want to watch it but I couldn't find it anywhere online.

No worries, I understand you completely :) At least you still have a mood for asian movies :D
Nah, I'm just trying to finish Empress Ki now that it ended, it takes me about one hour to watch 3-4 eps, so it's A LOT of fast forwarding :D I still think the same - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, too much fanservice and too much romance.
Btw I am SO CURIOUS about new changes on MDL :D I read that you're testing it you lucky, lucky girl! :D

Hm, that's what I was worried about from reading some recaps and opinions about GG. It looked like everybody was talking only about Cho Seung Woo, so I was wondering if LBY was that bad, her character was written that bad, or just CSW was generally that good (and that wouldn't be a big surprise, this guy is awesome!).
As for Reply 1994 - yes, this drama is too long and draggy, every episode is like 1h+, but as you can see from my faves, I loved this drama very much despite this :D There were moments when the drama was dragging some unnecessary scenes (esp. at the beginning), but overall it had THE BEST friendship and character development ever. The characters felt real because their backstory was presented (not only mains, but supporting too). In Re1997 there was no dragging, everything was happening swiftly and was well thought-out, but because of the lenght of eps some of the characters were a bit underdeveloped.
And ofc I'm sure you heard a lot about shipping wars in '94 - once you marathone it, without all this waiting for new eps, I'm pretty sure there is no question who the husband is, just like in Re1997 it is super-obvious.
And the best advantage of '94: Trash. He's... well, let me become a psychotic fangirl here - he's like my ideal boyfriend, lol :D

Ano racja, Szymborska, Milosz, teraz i Rozewicz, a jeszcze i wielu innych odchodzi. Szkoda tylko, ze slabo z zastepstwem dla nich wsrod mlodszego pokolenia...

Haha, thanks, but I have to confess that as a lazy person I am, I haven't changed nearly anything for 2 years on my profile :D
Btw, I see you're watching (or watched since the drama ended already) God's Gift. How is (was) it? I like Cho Seung Woo, but I'm not too keen on Lee Bo Young, is she annoying in this drama? :D
