It's a good drama and I enjoyed watching. One thing that bothered me is that I couldn't feel the chemistry between the leads, even though their acting was great & I love them in other dramas. I don't know... These two as a couple just didn't click for me.
Overall, the drama was quite good, though I just couldn't stand how the female doctors wore high heels all the time. Like, I know they wanted them to look nice, but it made it so unrealistic. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but I can't imagine a doctor in real life wearing high heels in a hospital.
This drama isn't about pretty things. It isn't sweet, either. It portrays the darker side of life, so it's mostly sad. This is what makes it so true, though. The story whirls your emotions and makes you want to watch more and more. This drama is one of a kind.

I had the same impression of Ireine. I didn't like the way she portrayed the character nor the character herself, unfortunately. I only got to the end because I hate leaving dramas unfinished.
I have just managed to finish this drama, almost binged it, it was that good. Overflowing with emotions, great chemistry and strong women. No wonder lots of fabulous scenes from here are used in yt kdrama compilations. Recommend.
I do see your point but to me the adds were not a "few" it was excessive. xD And honestly, I've never seen a drama…
I get that for some people it might be too much and it's such a pity cause this drama could have gained so much more appreciation if it hadn't been for that.
I love this drama! I do not understand all the hate. I mean, there are indeed some adds, but which drama does not have them nowadays? I have got used to them already. The story and acting in this one are more than good enough to make up for a few adds,
subjects that are quite uncommon for most kdramas.
