Dude u have never learned about emergency surgery i guess. Hygiene is not important here,Saving one's life is the priority here which cn be possible if we start treating pt immediately called "within golden hour" in trauma management. They describe beautifully importance of Golden hour. You can learn about it from google. What is ATS,and primary care. Trauma management is different from general selective treatment.
