Same here. I don't like unrealistic angle in drama. I was wishing for some logical adaptation. And here it is. For me Tong hua writing Plot is such a relieving matter

There is one hot french style kiss u'll get almost at the end if this Drama. Otherwise they were just crushing out on each other. But FL is very frank about her feelings from the beginning, No confusion, no 2nd thinking. I like this part about this FL.

Hygiene is not important here,Saving one's life is the priority here which cn be possible if we start treating pt immediately called "within golden hour" in trauma management. They describe beautifully importance of Golden hour. You can learn about it from google. What is ATS,and primary care. Trauma management is different from general selective treatment.
