The last two episodes(3,4) felt like a let down considering the high the ending of episode two set.

They are university students dating.
For 3 years... yeah intimacy is definitely a part of that relationship

Glad he got alot of blows in...should have been more heavy handed though. Something to equate for them 3 years in jail.

I feel like Gao somehow masterminded the turnout of events...i can't describe it, but he did.

Am enjoying it...but what does the friends messed up relationship even add to the story.

I was looking forward for the first toru arc but ive been on a Bl burnout for the past few shows and they all annoy me.
Will come back for them next year.

It added this intense depth that flowed very well with the story.

They always have me smiling kicking feet.

Xukai really is acting his ass off.

The second episode elevated the storyline.
Adding some spice.
Will he have psychopath tendencies?? Hmmm

Editing is all over the place.
The writing a mess
And the female lead face doesn't move.

My issue with the show is that the schemes aren't evil enough for me.
They feel lackluster.
But am still seated for the next episodes

I guess...but it just felt to evoke emotions on its own.
Like if you view the overall picture as you have described it then it serves for main lead progression...but own its own it fell flat.

Very fun...had a lot of laughs...but also very skippable...but its light and good

Love how the drama allows the viewers to also see and feel Gaojun emotions.
Like even if he turns out to be the villain...we understand how that comes about and honestly agree.

For episode 16...the whole best friends story was honestly not needed.
Like they tried a deep dark concept where it didn't suit.
They could have just gone with something simple like childhood rivalry as the reason for the female lead wanting to join the competition.

The show has me by the neck.
The female lead detailing in her acting is way too good.
Smiling giggling at being young dumb inlove

I am really really enjoying this.
It feels like am looking into the what happens after the whole childhood sweethearts get married. Is it really a happily ever after.

Its good.

Welp...3 episodes in and not even my love for Yang Mi's acting can keep my eyelids open.
