I loved watching this drama 1 through 15th episodes and kept thinking why is the rating so low?!… The stories were meaningful and comedy outstanding. Finally after finishing episode 16 - I got it…… Well, it wasn’t really terribly bad, but felt disappointed and wished for a different ending. Regardless - the dialog throughout was remarkably witty and funny. This show focus was about falling out of love and ending relationships, overcoming those breakups, losses and heartaches than about starting new ones. Good watch but wished for something better at the end.
Only the greatest actors can play both bad and good guys - and be just as persuasive in both roles … Absolutely loved his portrayal of Lieutenant Paeng in Prison Playbook. ❤️👍👏
Just finished watching Oh My Ghost - a show 8 years old only because of Yang Hee Seung is my favorite screenwriter. This story leaves you with a heartwarming feeling (just like CCIR and Familiar wife). There is a consistency in her scripts - she portrays great friendship, comradery, love to neighbors and very sweet romantic relationships without cheesy scenes. The dialogs are meaningful and often loaded with humor. The characters show progression and growth. Intense scenes are followed by resolution with bad characters finding their fate. Second drama there is a line about how “world is fair” and even bad characters are shown the side you feel compassion for them. She also gives us time with the characters in the end (no abrupt endings😅🙏). Dramatic scenes resolve and you have time to heal from tension. The end doesn’t feel rushed and gives a glimpse in the future…. All the things I love in a drama. Brilliant writer! ❤️🙏
Started watching this show because of my favorite screenwriter. Loved the story and exceptional acting. Heartwarming…
For those who didn’t like ML falling in love with the ghost... yes, he admitted that fact himself, he had noticed the FL when she suddenly changed, BUT after FL told him the truth he realized that he was attracted to her. And he kept growing to love FL true self. There is a difference between a start of a relationship/initial curiosity/falling for someone versus developing deep emotional connection with that person (i.e. love). I think this transition was shown beautifully. As well as FL character progression and confidence building… all thanks to a ghost who brought these two together. IMO this is one beautiful drama -definitely worth watching (even years later after airing!) As a side note - watched it on Prime and I think the subtitles could be better - some things were missed. I probably will re- watch on another platform . Yes, it is also worth rewatching!!

Sun Jae behavior disappoints - he should’ve never submitted that test - no excuses. That’s a stinky way to success. He should know by now wrong from right.. The show probably will find a way to clean him up at the end - but not for me… 😡
I knew Ji Dong - Hee was suspicious, at first I didn't suspect him but I realised the killer had to be someone…
I think his backstory is abuse - the reaction of a guy who recognized him and apologized for the past & him loosing a lot of weight makes me think he was bullied and we also know his mom obsession with schoolwork after his sister died… CCY was kind to him at his sister’s funeral - maybe the only person in his life back then… Another possibility that he wants CCY not to forget his past - wants him to be tormented & remember his sister…
Episode 12 Main leads’ love story is purely beautiful. One of the best writings on this. Romance full of kindness and and care for each other. So endearing and lovely to watch. Geon Hu makes me smile big - charismatic as ever. I really enjoy every scene he is in. Saddening about Mr. Ji - at this point all the doubts faded away… And the story repeats itself with copying of the test. Poor Hae-e and Sun Jae - I hope they find a way out of this mess.
Episode 11 Enjoyed teens love triangle so much! Geon Ho is an adorable daring soul. Although i think Hae-i will be with Sun Jae at the end. A bit upset with the main leads’ quarrel at the end - want to enjoy their honeymoon phase little longer, because we know how it is with k-dramas: the big break is coming (usually around episode 14)… I sense Mr. Ji is planning another murder - boat trip and push NHS overboard????

I haven’t yet seen any other of his dramas but heard a lot about many of them and will definitely watch.
