He even left CX on the plane with a violent drunk after CX told him it's better he go n call for police assistance instead of her. He is the Captain. He has authority to order her off the plane first. It shows what a coward he is. If it is GNT, he would have command n ordered her to leave the plane with no room for negotiation.
