Since this is a remake for Gentlemen Dignity indeed he has a son with his ex, unless the writer change the plot since FL audience doesn't like ML that has an ex or any girl around him.

Exactly, some said this was a remake for Gentlemen Dignity and I REALLY REALLY hope that this writer follow the same story which is ML HAS A CHILD with his EX, but you know its not gonna happen.

Okay, this is what I got after reading through some of these comments. So, FL left her hometown to work in Shanghai, which meant she had a long-distance relationship with her boyfriend. However, she found out that he had cheated on her, so they broke off their engagement. After that, she got into a relationship with 2ML and then with a younger guy after breaking up with 2ML. Later, she found out that she was pregnant, so she broke up with the younger guy and returned to her hometown to get married. Am I getting this correct?

That's why he made the noble idiocy move. I hope in the next episode, the main lead handles his relationship with more maturity.
