He is not cured. If the cure had been given to him sooner, he might have been saved, but because he has been poisoned for so long, it cannot be cured now. In the final scene, he stands alongside the dead, foreshadowing his own future death. The ending is bittersweet. They do not have a child together, and the conclusion feels rushed.

He dead, but in the future, final episode and him standing on the dead side was kinda foreshadowing. The physician said even immortal cannot cure the poison. So its bittersweet ending.
