He dead, but in the future, final episode and him standing on the dead side was kinda foreshadowing. The physician said even immortal cannot cure the poison. So its bittersweet ending.

Just like the physician said, the poison cannot be cured, so they created a medicine that can slow it down. It's a bittersweet ending. ML died because of the poison.

It was really his daughter, and fyi he really does have feeling for his ex wife. In the novel FL was not his ex wife biological sister.

Just dont date woman with emotional baggage guys. From my experience of course.

Well the way she react when she found out about the exwife and the wedding invitation. Why would she cry about that😒, she should slap his face for that.

Look at her wavering look, hello you are the mistress because of that man how the hell she still want to be close with that monster.

Hopefully FL knew how to draw a line and stop that wavering look when you have a full ass boyfriend. She need to be honest about it.

From the trailer, it's clear that they are not married out of love. It seems that her mother's death has driven her to seek revenge, which is why she needs the male lead's assistance. In one scene, we see her crying while holding onto a woman, likely her mother. Additionally, there's a moment where a tear falls as she gets married.
