While I agree with some of your points, I disagree with the one about JY not believing Pi-o was the one who put a hit on him. He believed it was the case when he got Pi-o’s name from the abductor and planned his revenge and put them to work, a person who hesitate wouldn’t do this. He saw his action hurt Pi-o but he did not stop, he only begin to waver after he humiliated Pi-o in the recording room and heard how Pi-o played with the emotion he seeks, fears and all that (I don’t know how to explain this but I meant the segment with flashbacks, you could see JY’s expression changing then and he understood the emotional depth of Pi-o then). Then he still choose to hurt him with his words while knowing Pi-o’s struggle and what he think about being a pianist. Though I believe some of it, he had said it because of anger and his own frustration too. At the end of the day, he had lost his ability to play piano which he thought and believed was Pi-o’s doing so his actions were reasonable in some way.

This is only my guesses. I don’t think the kidnapper’s death would be mentioned again in the story since I believe they want us to believe that he is killed by another gangster/hoodling so that part is pretty much done. As for Pio’s threat, I believe he was trying to save JY from his mother, like, if he hadn’t said this, his mom would do something to JY again (which she was), it was caution meassurance and he was hoping she would at least stop with his safety in mind. It doesn’t matter if JY was already taking revenge on him, he just wanted to stop her from harming his friend. As for question 3, do you mean nemesis? Or do you meant the piece Pio played nine years ago and won the competition which was actually JY’s piece.

Yeah, most of them stream on one of the international streaming platforms but one like channel 3 where they have their own channel and app/web, they stream only there for views so, I guess for theirs series and maybe ch7 next, we are ought to watch them on illegal site. I haven’t found one either but if it will become a hit then I am sure someone will pick it up.

Maybe that was JY’s favorite scene in ep 12 that was mentioned above? So maybe happy ending afterall?

I tried to search for it and it said it is original series from BEC World for ch3, no novel.

Seems to me it will only air and stream on channel 3 cable tv and on app/web ch3 and ch3 plus. They might (or might not) put it on YouTube in their official YouTube channel but even if they put it there, it will most likely be 1 episode and highlights of the next episodes like they always do.

They are forcing us (international viewers) to watch it illegally and even that if some international site would pick this up.

It’s so f*ck up that it frustrates me. They will try these kind of things if fans/people do not speak up so I really hope the citizens are criticizing this movement so it stop and nobody else need to be ripped out of their credit and work.

For a long series like this, weekly viewing is fr a no.

Fr. Let it be 2 ep/week, I badly need that too. I haven’t have a drama I am invested in lately and I thought this one seemed interesting but when I saw the episodes number and mentioned 1 ep/week, my interest in this series lowered greatly. I just h*te waiting.

I am the one who started the question about if it was only 25 min because there were many episodes but if Bank had said it was a bl which was longer than the regular ones, I guess it meant the runtime is like you said close to 1 hour or else he would have mentioned the runtime being shorter. Yeah, they should really go with two ep/week because it’s so unfair if they are going with one ep/week. Imagine getting a membership on iqiyi only for this and you have to pay for 20 weeks instead of 10.

I know some of them you mentioned and like TMOTB and TSWL, they aired on cable tv and in drama format, so I wasn’t surprise runtime are long and with more episodes. As for the other, they either are few stories fused in one or with seasons so that doesn’t count either.

I meant to say the series nowadays, they hardly reach 12 episodes if they weren’t aired on a cable tv. I believe Fool in love is only streaming which most likely only have 25 min or at most 45 min per/episode. That also depend on how long the novel they were adapted from too, of course. I wish it’s 1 hour long because 25 min a week for 20 weeks is pure torture.

I should have waited till this Sunday and watch it all but I just have to ruin it for myself. Now, how do I wait till this weekend?

I want to see Jeong Yo’s expression when he is told Pi-o didn’t put a hit on him and he had wronged Pi-o. I can’t guess the ending and I kinda hope it would be a sad ending but also don’t. I was thinking something like something happened to Pi-o because of all the taunting and intensive practice while he was doing the show but his mentality seemed to gotten better after his grandfather’s encouragement so maybe not. But who knows, maybe the intensive practice and maybe getting to know what JY had planned might hurt him to the point he might lose it.

I think I won’t be sane either if I have a family like Pi-o.

Thai bl, true, but it is an iqiyi original and it have 20 episodes. Have you ever seen a bl with that many episodes and 45 min or longer than that? No. But who knows, maybe it’s 45 min or nearly 1 hour long but it’s very unlikely. I guess we will find it out once it start streaming. If it’s indeed more than 25 min then I guess we are feed till our stomach burst, if not, then we have a long torture ahead of us with so little to watch each week and so long to wait until it ends (at least for those who will catch it while it airs, I am not going to torment myself like that).
