He looks so pretty. Hopefully his role is a lot like that from Autumn Ballad, sarcastic, quippy, broody, and can fight. He is an actor who I love watching him go head-to-head with a female who gives right back.

I love how Li Ni was telling CL that he took the whippings to have her dad save face / look good, and that he would also be upset too if they had a daughter and someone was being sneaky sneak and he caught them he'd do the same. I personally think like others said that the General is testing out the relationship to see if it's legit and he is gonna let them marry because they are just too good for one another and to have a well matched / scheming couple is better than just his daughter being crafty.

FILO is right, I'm not knocking Allen's acting in this because idk what his acting will be like in this. All I am saying is that the dude is supposed to be pretty. Pretty is feminine / fair, Allen does not have those features.
Li Ni is one of those people that while he is a good person, would he be a good leader? Idt he was taught any court etiquette or rules / diplomacy. Could or would it hurt him being a ruler? The selfish side of me does not want him to be a ruler, but the logical side says he should be because everyone is way too evil or dumb to lead.
